I got a tune up and roller replacement coupon from AAA. The tech Gary Richtmeyer was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He educated me on my opener/door and gave me great advice to keep it running smoothly. Duane McCabe,provided the estimate for the job to be done. He was prompt(actually early) to the appointment he was knowledgeable and answered all question his recommendations made sense. I asked him if he would be the installer of the equipment. He replied in the negative to wit I told him I was disappointed because in a short hour I trusted him. The above may sound a little maudlin, but I purchase costly items based on knowledge of product and trust in the individual/company. let's hope that the crew that installs everything lives up to my expectations.
