We had made several attempts to get our garage door working again, using several random garage door guys. Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. He quickly identified it as a circuit board problem, had the part and was able to replace it on the spot, and 'presto' the door is working again. Thanks Paul! Great job.

My garage door opener has a battery pack that was beeping every 30 seconds. I call Precision and they made an appointment for a technician to come to my house. Paul Osborne called me before the appointment and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. It was a pleasure having him working in my home. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, and kept me informed on what was needed, what he was doing, and let me agree on the cost before doing the work. If I ever need more work I will ask for Paul! I don't see it listed but I purchased not only a new battery for the one that was beeping but replace the other one also!

I am extremely happy with the 2 men who came out to look at my garage doors. The doors are 22 years old and have never been serviced. The rollers, cables, pulleys, springs, weather stripping on bottoms and a new key pad were all replaced. The men were professional, on time( actually they called to say they would be early), friendly, and diligent. They rebuilt my garage doors like new. thank you.

When my garage door wouldn't open and my car was stuck inside, I initially called the company that installed it and was told they couldn't send anyone out today, and that "you're not the only one with a broken garage door." What a nice change to call Precision, where the very pleasant receptionist went out of her way to see if she could help get someone out to my house. Paul gave me a call to say he was on his way and showed up shortly thereafter. He quickly fixed the problem, added new quiet rollers, and was on his way. Paul was extremely professional, competent and pleasant. I will definitely call Precision again, and will recommend it to others. Thank you!
