He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Great experience with this company. Initially they said I was out of their area but they would come to my home anyway. Couldn't ask for better service. My technician, Ron Lecours, was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about the products and what I needed to fix my garage door. I am extremely happy with his workmanship. I originally thought I needed a new motor but actually Ron found I needed new springs, cable, and rollers. The door works beautifully and I can wait to have an updated motor installed.

The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. He really didn't miss a beat! We were not only impressed with how much heat we were saving or that, now, we have a snug fit with our "new" garage door. Before, we felt we were heating the outdoors. We can never say enough about the workmanship & professionalism & service that Derek gave to Brad and I. Derek, we thank you very, very much. It was worth every penny. Ron Lecours did an outstanding job. He explained the issues and made several recommendations on what needed to be done. We replaced springs, rollers and cables and he made all the necessary adjustments. He was very professional and knowledgeable, came even earlier based on a confirmed phone conversation. The lift cable holding the extension spring on one side snapped and imprisoned my car inside the garage. Your technician, Ron Lecours, politely and explicitly explained to me that both cables should be replaced, gave me the cost of replacement. He also provided a cost with replacement extension springs, pulleys, and rollers (which was not much more than the lift cables alone). Ron explained how he would replace everything, gave me a discounted price on the labor, and sufficiently installed the all of the parts, per my agreement, in less than an hour. Ron Lecours was polite, thoughtful, professional, arrived before the scheduled time, and was very tidy with the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone requiring your services. P.S. Ron was a little "under the weather" (as in, he had a cold) but still managed to provide excellent quality work. Thank you!
