I would highly recommend Precision Doors. The technician Ron had a great attitude and did not give up trying to resolve the issue. I have a detached garage and all remotes or key would not open the garage. Ron had to take out a window in the back of the garage and climb through to get into the garage to open the door to diagnose the issue. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor about the situation as one of my neighbors got concerned. Ron and I were able to assure my neighbor all was well. Thank you Ron for not giving up.

Ron called because he was running early and showed up hoping someone was home. Diagnosed the problems and called me to discuss. By the time I got home the repairs had been completed and the door worked fine. If I had tried it myself probably would have taken all day well worth the phone call.

Not only were they prompt, in fact early, but they were honest with their inspection and did only what was needed. In fact, the technician went a step farther and opened a window, that was sealed by a painter. Five stars is not enough for the great service Precision performed and I wasn't even on site, so the technician was on his own to make the examination and the proper repair

My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. Chose Precision because I had an urgent problem and liked your website with the instant live chat and because you responded so quickly. I accidentally lowered the garage door with the remote while the trunk door was open and the trunk door got stuck and garage door wouldn't open again so couldn't get to my car. This was late Friday afternoon and a technician (Ron) was scheduled for the next day--a Saturday! He was prompt (half an hour early), friendly, courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing.
