I chose Precision because of the customer service on the phone, availability, and price. Ron, the repair person, was punctual, professional and friendly. Ron was very efficient and knowledgeable. He didn't waste any time getting to work. He replaced two cables, leveled the door and greased everything which made the door much quieter. I would recommend your company to anyone. I actually called around and got higher prices and an attitude that I didn't want in my house. Thanks for your help.

This is the third time I have called this organization for repair to my garage door. Each time from the initial call for service, scheduling, timely arrival of technician to the completion of the door issue has been an excellent commercial relationship.

Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

I can't say enough good things about Ron and Precision. I highly recommend them!

We were caught in a lurch when our garage door would not go up. Being new to the area, we were not familiar with local businesses. Our daughter gave us your number. Within the hour, your truck was in our driveway. Ron Lecours, your technician, was on his way home and very generously took a detour to our driveway. He is polite, professional and above all . . . Very knowledgeable. We were impressed. What service! Will certainly recommend your company! Thank You!

I range Precision because they had good reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Firstly the young lady in the call center was polite & very helpful and arrange for service technician to be at my home very quickly. Just over an hour later Ron the service technician arrived at my home, he looked at the garage door, asked a few questions, then showed /explained what the problem was , he then told me the price and how he got to that amount, I told him to go ahead and do the repair, which he did. The door is working great now. Thank You.
