Dylan came on time and gave me a heads up text a half hour before arriving. It was a minor fix to the key pad but he gave us a wonderful tutorial on how to operate our garage door. It had been installed before we bought the home and we were unfamiliar w/an automatic door. Great service! Thank you

I received a text when Lance was on his way, and he arrived promptly. The work was excellent. He also informed my about needing new springs for my garage door, but also said they're good for another 1-2 years. He didn't push me to do it now, which I appreciated. Our garage door spring snapped on New Years Eve. We use the garage as our main entry to the house most of the time. I found Precision through a Google search and reviews and I’m so glad. I scheduled online with their scheduling tool - so easy - and then they called to see if they could come a day early as they were nearby. The gentleman who did the repairs was so nice, explained everything, and was done in just about an hour. The job is complete and everything is working great - two days after it broke!

When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

A great company. Very responsive. Member of the BBB. Have never had a problem with them. The technician I’ve met with has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The categories offered for reason for appointment don’t cover my situation. I thought my garage door had become noisy after being painted. But then it was less so when the technician came. He explained that if a knife isn’t used after painting the door, to make sure the garage door panels aren’t stuck together by the paint in a way that makes it hard for the panels to separate in movement, the garage door motor has to work harder to pull the door until the paint finally separates on its own. Guess mine separated ok a day or so before he came. The door was quieter and he reassured me that it was operating as it should.

We contacted Precision Door Service for help with our recently installed garage door opener/motor. We were able to arrange a service call for the next day. Two highly capable service representatives respond to our call and quickly identified a problem with our door sensor. They corrected the problem and greased our door railings and rollers. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism and ability to quickly diagnose and correct our problem.
