A great company. Very responsive. Member of the BBB. Have never had a problem with them. The technician I’ve met with has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The categories offered for reason for appointment don’t cover my situation. I thought my garage door had become noisy after being painted. But then it was less so when the technician came. He explained that if a knife isn’t used after painting the door, to make sure the garage door panels aren’t stuck together by the paint in a way that makes it hard for the panels to separate in movement, the garage door motor has to work harder to pull the door until the paint finally separates on its own. Guess mine separated ok a day or so before he came. The door was quieter and he reassured me that it was operating as it should.

We contacted Precision Door Service for help with our recently installed garage door opener/motor. We were able to arrange a service call for the next day. Two highly capable service representatives respond to our call and quickly identified a problem with our door sensor. They corrected the problem and greased our door railings and rollers. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism and ability to quickly diagnose and correct our problem.

Lance and Dylan just completed spring replacement for our garage doors. Included new rollers and drums. Door is operating very nicely -- less noise and now balanced !!! This is an excellent company to deal with. My old garage door opener broke down on Wednesday and Precision was able to install a new one the next day. The online booking is very easy and user-friendly. My new opener was installed by a technician (Dylan) with exceptional customer service skills - I have been a homeowner for 36 years and I have not met his match. He reviewed with me my options and then proceeded to install the new opener, which took less than an hour. Once installed, he patiently reviewed with me the operation of the unit. Over the next couple of days, I was having trouble installing the integrated camera on the myQ app. I called him and he came by that same day and solved the issue. Incredible!! If I could give this company and Dylan a 10-Star rating, I would.

After months of watching YouTube videos, reading manuals and changing batteries and light bulbs to get the garage door opener to work I finally contacted Precision Door Service. They sent Lloyd two days later. (It wasn't an emergency.) In less than 45 minutes he fixed everything and gave us instruction on how to manage any malfunctions in the future. Since it is a two car garage the door is very wide and heavy. Lloyd lubricated the coils and tracks and fine tuned the opening and closing of the door. Much more than we expected. Lloyd was very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend this service to anyone having problems with their garage door.

Luis was very helpful at explaining the problem we were having which stems from the fact that our garage was built in 1948 and the garage door mechanisms had to be mounted in a much smaller space than usual, thus causing some issues over the past 12 years which is how long ago they were installed.He also explained how to adjust the mechanism if I had future door opening problems.
