We called Precision Overhead Garage Service in the morning as we could not open our garage door and the opener kept beeping. An appointment was set up for the same. The technician, Dylan, arrived and assessed the situation. I can not say enough compliments about Dylan. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He installed a new garage door opener. Appointment was easy to a set up and they were up front about cost. Great communication leading up to the appointment including a picture of who was showing up and exactly when. The tech was friendly and explained all options. I did not feel pressured to choose complete rebuild and offered to send info on new auto opener
