The company responded quickly to my email. My garage door was fixed a day after I emailed them. Repair person was on time. Repairs were more expensive than anticipated but well done My only criticism is that I had to ask the woman who scheduled the repair what the service charge would be. I almost closed the call

We have had the Precision Door team out on two separate occasions to provide maintenance on doors not purchased from them (doors were put in 12 years ago). I note this because Precision provides exceptional service to all its customers, not just the customer who buys doors from them. The Precision team is TOP NOTCH and highly professional in every interaction. They are very responsive, punctual, fairly priced and do the job correctly. I appreciate the little details such as the photo of the technician who will be visiting so I can show my wife who to expect. I plan to buy new doors soon and they will be the only phone call I'll be making. You can't go wrong with this company.

Barry arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor. He explained everything prior to beginning the repair. He had the new springs installed and the bearings and cables were changed to. The price was explained prior to beginning the repair. I had already been waiting for a repair consult from a local company and would have needed another week for spring repair. Mike came a few hours early and when he didn't have the right part got back that afternoon with not only the part (an extra long cable) but also a second Mike to help out. Door now working like a charm. He is returning soon to weather strip and water resist the door which we're very much looking forward to. Several years ago one of your techs spent a very cold Sunday fixing our garage door spring. You're the best.

After the Technician (Mike Maghakian) came out to do a service - he recommended (and no pressure sale pitch) that it would service us better to go with a new door package. The present garage door has over 45 years old and not in the best condition. After consulting with Mike - I chose what would go best to coordinate with the house. Can't wait to see it.

Wow. Very good experience. Barry got to my home before I got there. He was so pleasant and answered all my questions. I stayed to watch him do the repair. He was quick but precise and quite knowledgeable. He didn't even have to try to open the garage door. He knew as soon as I described the symptom what was the issue. And was correct. I thought the cost of the job was reasonable. I am a very happy customer.

When I called Precision the first question they had for me was "when are you available". Asking when I was available is change to telling me a 4 hour window mid week! Mike called me when he was on his way. He showed up on time and assessed the garage opener issue. He then immediately entered all information into his iPad and was able to show me my exact price before starting. He was done in now time and asked me to come to the garage to test the changes and ask if I had any questions. Definitely will recommend Precision!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. They worked efficiently and had my springs replaced in 45 minutes or so. Barry also consulted with me about modernizing my doors with newer and safer openers and was able to provide an estimate on the spot. Definitely would recommend!
