We had a complete removal of 3 old, corroded garage door installations and replacement with top of the line new doors, rails, openers - the works. Rolando was great, did the entire job in about 6 hours. The new systems are terrific. Very quiet and smooth and the pricing was really pretty good. My only quibble was that it took a bit longer than advertised to get the products in, but it was worth the wait in the end.

My garage door was just repaired this morning (a Saturday) and I so appreciate Precision’s customer service. Not only were they willing to squeeze me into their schedule this morning but their follow through communications and on-site work were all very professional. I had not used Precision before but they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Since I was in an immediate need situation I decided to give them a try and didn’t do any comparative pricing. That said, i think the package pricing was reasonable and I now have a safer and working garage door thanks to Paul!

Service Tech, Paul, not only showed up well within the appointment timeframe, but actually called ahead when he was able to provide an exact arrival time. This is a rare and much appreciated additional service. Paul was friendly and explained everything he was doing along with helpful hints for routine service I can provide on my own. Very slick, impressive customer service. Call-handling and communication by technician as to show-up time were first-rate. Onsite, very competent, efficient and effective. I needed to get my garage door opener replaced. The technician showed up right at 8am. Had everything done in about 90 minutes. He reviewed all the features of the opener, keypad and remotes and was gone before 10am. Very efficient, very knowledgeable, very polite! Couldn't ask for better service!

Service technician assessed my situation, made a recommendation, walked me through a multi-page glossy brochure showing a variety of door styles, and once I made a decision, took measurements and gave me a firm quote. He also pointed out that one model was at a bargain price this month and would rise in price in 2018. (The fellow who came to my house was Barry Williams -- confident and convincing.) The next day, Precision called me to double-check the components of my order, get a deposit, and agree on an installation date. They gave me a reminder call the day before installation, which was an incentive for me to clean out the garage of all those items I had stored there because one day I might need them. I was fortunate to have their best installation team -- Rob and Orlando. They were a real pleasure to work with, even placing door handles to match my height and reach to enable me to open and close the door in the event of power failure. They also showed me how to maintain the door mechanism in future years. And they cleaned up afterward! An all-around professional company, with a motivated staff.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Precision Door. On November 22nd, our automatic garage door that was original with the condo (built in 1996) died. We called Precision (and a few other places) and they were the only ones who could come out the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The door itself came in three weeks later, and installation was scheduled for January 4th. If you're from New England, you know that we just had a enormous nor'easter that was projected to drop 12"-16" on us starting the morning of January 4th. We were told it was up to our technician if he feels comfortable or not coming to install in the morning with bad weather. Our tech, Rob, showed up at 6:45am so he could have enough time to get the door installed before the storm intensified. He finished installation around 9:00am when we already had a few inches on the ground. I am so very thankful to Rob for doing this and truly going above and beyond. If he couldn't, Precision was going to push installation out another week, but we were lucky enough to have a phenomenal technician assigned to our case. Thank you Rob!!! Gave 4 starts instead of 5 because it did take a month and a half to get the new door which seemed like a long time. There were certainly ways they could've expedited, but chose not too. (for example, they wait 2ish weeks for the door to come in, THEN they schedule the installation. They should schedule installation when they order the door, in my opinion).
