We needed a spring replaced. Not only did Chris do a superb job, he was efficient, fast, professional and knew his stuff. He did a complete and outstanding job. Not only did he call and arrive on time, he arrived a day earlier then scheduled! Very very happy with Precision and Chris. We will not have to look anywhere else in the future. We will just call Precision again.

Ontime arrival, honest conversation and no frills work right away. Very impressed with workmanship and also the energy Chris had from the time he came in and completed the repair. Made it look easy too. I sure thought I would be in for 'need a new door' comment and $600 quote as was told by some other local repair service, but, Chris fixed the issue with no extras.

Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and motors about 6 years ago. We needed a tune-up and another door remote control. Staff in the office was professional when I called to make the appointment. Chris, the technician, called ahead to let me know he'd arrive in 30 minutes. He was prepared, professional and efficient. Our garage door springs snapped and pulleys sheared this winter. Our service provider was prompt, analyzed our problems efficiently and found the most cost effective solutions. Required work on a holiday weekend to replace a torsional spring. Garage door inoperable and cars stuck inside the garage. Customer Service went out of their way to reach a technician to do the repairs. Technician arrived within 1 hour of my initial call. Work was completed in about 1 hour. I'm very satisfied with the response, quality and speed of the work. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Once again, Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. One of our garage doors wouldn't work, and Ron immediately knew we needed to replace the gear. He quickly did that, and also lubricated the gear on the other door so it would last longer. I love the friendly, prompt service, attention to detail, and the fact that they will fix/repair something if you don't need to purchase an entire new motor.
