We needed repair of our garage door opener. We looked up on Yelp, got your name, read your reviews and gave you a call. We were given a one day appointment with a 2 hour window. On the day of the appointment the serviceman called and said he could arrive a half-hour early if that was okay and he was here exactly when he said. He went right to work and in a matter of 15, 20 minutes he gave us 3 options for repair and explained each to us. You service was great and we are very happy.

I am so happy to have a working door again. Chris was professional, did a great job and was very thorough. He listened to the problem, assessed the situation, explained the repair and went to work! No waiting on parts he was done within an hour and laid out his guarantee and any future issues that could potentially happen. He actually made the existing door safer. The rollers, cables, pulleys, springs, weather stripping on bottoms and a new key pad were all replaced. I was very happy that Precision Garage Doors was able to come out the day after I called and were there ahead of schedule. You know exactly which mechanic is coming as they give you his name and picture ahead of time. The repair (broken spring on an old garage door) went very quicky and lifts more smoothly than before the spring broke. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I think the price was fairly high. About $500 total, mostly for parts. Sears might have been cheaper, but they couldn't come for about a week. So the speedy service was appreciated.
