My garage door opener has a battery pack that was beeping every 30 seconds. I call Precision and they made an appointment for a technician to come to my house. Paul Osborne called me before the appointment and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. It was a pleasure having him working in my home. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, and kept me informed on what was needed, what he was doing, and let me agree on the cost before doing the work. If I ever need more work I will ask for Paul! I don't see it listed but I purchased not only a new battery for the one that was beeping but replace the other one also!

Rob was great super knowledgeable but the prices on the parts were super inflated 4 to 6 times manufactures list price won't be using your company again
We appreciate your comments and understand that there is sticker shock when comparing the prices for our parts vs. those that are sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. The parts are in noway comparable. Parts from Home Depot come with a 30-day warranty, ours came with a 3-year warranty. You may not appreciate the quality of the parts now, but in 5 to 7 years you will.
