Gerry Oulette arrived and I brought him into my garage to open the door so that he could see the problem I described. It was an unusual issue. Not just a broken spring. He immediately identified the problem and it was taken care of in 15 minutes. Upon my request he helped me re-program my car to the opener, and then showed me how to do the same for my wife’s car. I read the reviews before I made my decision and I'm glad it was Precision. Noah was a great help, he got here a little before the window start time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He secured a lose garage door sensor for me which made a big difference. He was also nice enough to give me a estimate for the future where my garage is old but luckily everything still works. I appreciated that he did that for me and he emailed me all the documents. He was very easy to talk to which I liked. He was very polite. He made my day. I will be sticking with this company for future projects. I highly recommend this company.
