This the third time Dylan service my garage door. Dylan as usual very professional to assess the issue and provide the fix.

I had used Precision in the past and never had a bad experience. Dylan did not disappoint this time either. He was prompt curious and conscientious. Explained everything that was an issue and why he gave his recommendations. He provided me with 4 different choices and the quotes. When the job was completed the area was immaculate and the estimate did not change.

I was very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Door who fixed our problem with our remotes. Not only were they old, but i had new batteries which worked for a few days and died. He suggested replacing the lightbulb in the garage as that was interfering with the signal. He also removed an unseen bird's nest that wasn't helping at all. He carefully explained the options with the keypad and we chose to get new remotes and Ron was able to make everthing clear and complete in a half hour. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Ron was a great representation of your company!! A very pleasurable experience. He was even very friendly with my 85lb dog trying to get in the way. He was friendly and professional. He explained exactly what I needed and it totally made sense. There was no pressure to do more than what was needed. He did the job within an hour. He also notice he could better position my outside camera. It was much better. Not part of the job, just a nice guy. I would highly recommend his service, and this company.
