Look NO where else! I looked for you and HANDS down this company is the best!!! I had two old doors and one stopped working… broken and old and noisy! They were both just replaced. James Goodine is the expert that came. On time, 8 am on a Saturday, and was done in about 3 hours… maybe a little more since I kept talking to him. He answered all my questions. Made sure everything I needed was there, showed me how to change my security code. He is Awesome. And truly these doors are so nice and soooo quiet. Great experience. Well worth the money.

Precision Garage Door replaced my garage door and opener several years ago. After several years it needed some normal wear and tear repair. The technician came out and replaced the door parts as needed and got it ready for the winter. He was very easy to talk with and very helpful. Fixed the issue very professionally. I would definitely use this company again.

I just used Precision for tune up and repair of my two car garage that has separate doors and lifts. My technician, Noah Swisher, was knowledgeable, patient, and explained all aspects of my tune up and repair. One of my motors - at 22 years old - was not functioning and needed to be replaced. Noah helped me be sure all my old and new controllers were functioning properly before he left. I would highly recommend Noah and Precision.

My technician, Gerry Ouellette, arrived on time. We met, I showed him my door issue, and he got right to work. As he checked out my opener, he was very well versed on potential issues with this particular brand. A few adjustments as well as some preventive measures, we came to the issue. That being said I decided to handle the issue myself. I’m very pleased to have met Gerry and will certainly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with a garage door issue.

The installer, Gerard Ouellette, was an excellent technician. After looking at my 28 year old Lift Master and understanding how it became temperamental. I told him I wanted it replaced. He explained he could do it right now and he did. He explained the new opener and remotes. I am so happy with my new garage door opener. I liked your BBB rating.

Gerry Oulette arrived and I brought him into my garage to open the door so that he could see the problem I described. It was an unusual issue. Not just a broken spring. He immediately identified the problem and it was taken care of in 15 minutes. Upon my request he helped me re-program my car to the opener, and then showed me how to do the same for my wife’s car. He left me feeling great about your Company and made it easy for me to know who to call whenever I have a problem. Don’t lose this guy. He’s Great! Thanks for giving me a positive experience.
