Had a great experience with Mike this morning. He called to say he was on the way and showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He installed new keypad outside as well as new sensor laser beam unit on door. He provided tips on how to use new equipment effectively. He had a great sense of humor, and was a delight to having working at my property.

I was so pleased with the whole procedure with Precision. I got the same very nice technician (Paul) both times. He called to let me know he was on his way both times. He explained what was wrong and showed me options for what I could replace. When he came out again to do the work (just 1 business day later) he made sure I was satisfied and knew how to use my new equipment before I left. I would highly recommend the company.

I had a broken spring, so I went into the local Yellow Pages and saw the ad for Precision. I called and scheduled an appointment with ease. The technician, Mike, was prompt and personable. He explained what the situation needed, inspected the whole apparatus, made some recommendations, and did a thorough job in less than an hour. He patiently answered my many questions about the process and the whole garage door apparatus, most of them while he was doing the work. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you.

After a terrible accident in which I suffered 3 injured fingers from a malfunctioning garage door I have been consistent about doing garage door check-ups on a periodic basis. Mike was thorough and patient and very personable. He checked everything on the door, rebalanced and lubricated the existing system and explained the door mechanism to me. I purchased another remote because mine was not working properly. Excellent service!

From start to finish my experience with Precision was great. The receptionist was warm and inviting as well as clear in her questions and comments. Paul came out during my time slot having called to let me know exactly when he would be there. He assessed the situation quickly and reassured me that he could take care of it right then. He did. The call took about 1/2 hour and I would gladly use the company in the future.

Mike came to repair our garage door. He adjusted the door and it works like new. He also reprogrammed our garage door opener remotes and 2 cars. When he was done he oiled and greased both doors. Couldn't close garage door with automatic door opener because door was binding when being lowered. The automatic opener thought there was an obstruction and would open it again. Paul Osborne quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out parts (rollers, pulleys, cables and springs). He performed a safety inspection of the automatic opener and found it to be in good working order. Paul then provided and cost to perform the repair which I needed to approve before he would begin. Paul arrived on time, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of the repair he reviewed the work he had completed and made sure I was satisfied. Should the need arise would not hesitate to do business again with Precision and Paul.

Hi Walt, I had Paul come to service my garage door on 8/24/18 that your company installed on 9/2015. My request for the service call was to fix the noise when the door opens. Paul could not fix the problem and now the noise is going up and down. When the door is unhooked the garage door open and closing is quiet. The second garage door that you installed at the same time is quiet all the time. Paul was polite and listened to my problem and I enjoyed working with him but the noise still is there and I am not happy with the results which I had to pay for. I look forward to your feed back about my garage door problem. Thanks.

Mike was highly professional and did the job well and quickly. Then he explained to me the operation of the new motor and my options (such as the remote control via iPhone app) and answered all my questions. Everything took only an hour. I'm very happy with my garage doors!
