I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted. I had used Precision about 2 1/2 years ago and called them with a broken cable problem. They were able to come that very morning, so I was lucky and they performed the service quickly and explained all my options. In the end he replaced springs, rollers and cables with a 7 year warranty.

I chose Precision Door in part from the positive feedback on line and I found the service to be prompt, professional, and informative. Paul called before his arrival and was running early and asked if that was ok with me. Once here he asked the issue I was having and checked my doors one of which was racked. He recommended re-building the frame and replacing the springs. He informed me the cost and with my ok completed the work within the hour. It was a good experience.

Paul did a fantastic job fixing the damage to our door. Called first thing in the morning got a same day appointment and he even came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He provided a thorough examination with a clear presentation to ensure we knew what needed to be done and why. Finished the work and explained maintenance we could perform to help keep the doors healthy. Hope to work with him again in the future to possibly update our openers or doors for better insulation. Cannot speak more highly of his service.

My garage door was making a loud noise when it closed and I thought it would come off the tracks. Jacob Krummel came to repair. He inspected all and said there was nothing structural that needed a major repair or upgrade and fixed the problem. He did not recommend changing the rollers which were good for many more cycles and said to wait until the spring breaks and then they will use an upgrade kit which ultimately will be less costly than replacing single parts now. I'm quite happy with the service and recommend the company and especially the technician.
