I used Precision before for repairs, so I tried to find a current review on line, but had some difficulty locating the Company listing. I finally called the number on my sticker/magnet anyway. I'm glad I did. Gary came out and assessed the situation and I was convinced that he was right that I would be better off putting in a new door than repairing the old door. He explained things in detail, and I liked the idea of energy savings in addition to a better looking door that worked well. So, I upgraded. Ray was the installer, and he was great - very polite, enthusiastic, diligent. He did a great job putting the new door in! And corrected the problem with my old structure that wasn't level. He came early and completed the installation, cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. Both Gary and Ray were very professional and just real nice to deal with. I was very impressed, and when my Sears door opener stops working eventually, I plan to call Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough. A first rate job, in my view. The new door is great. I did not have to wait for a service call--service arrived within a couple of days of my calling. Jason was very prompt, he assessed the problem quickly, gave me the various options. Though more money than I had anticipated, I opted for the major repair, which Jason did very efficiently because all the repair parts were carried on his truck--thank you!!

Ernie was unable to make scheduled appointment due to unforseen circumstances at a prior appointment. He called to apologize and rescheduled for a day and time of my convenience. Following installation of the door opener w/battery backup he took the time to walk me through the operational procedures and answer all my questions clearly and concisely. I was promised the first appointment. You did call to tell me that traffic was going to delay your technician's arrival, but I really needed to get to work. Once he arrived (25 minutes late) he did quickly fix the door. It's been 3 weeks and everything seems to be working fine. In the end I am satisfied with the service you provided.

I had one side of my spring/cable broken. The smallest estimate was $379 and the largest was $699. I could not afford these repairs at this time but just wanted everyone to know what type of money you are looking at to do these repairs. They had to charge me $79 to come out to my house which is refundable if I go ahead with the work in the future (not sure how long future is). The Technician was very professional. I really had no idea how expensive these garage doors are to repair and therefore my post.

To be fair, there was a lot was wrong with Mr. Rizoli's door. The $379 price included the $79 service fee, springs, new safety cables, and new lift cables. Also the $699 option rebuilt his whole door and came with a 7 year warranty. Our competitors typically only give a 1 year warranty on their parts and labor when they install a new door. Thank you Mr. Rizoli for calling us back and going with the first option. We appreciate your business and your recognizing that we do provide a great deal of value.

AAA special was a good value. Roller replacement and tune up for both doors. Everything was done in a professional manner. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful. My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated.
