I had two garage door openers replaced today by a very competent, professional and polite technician, Felipe Goncalves. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it. I took time to write this because I want you to know what a valuable employee you have in Felipe and to give you a five star rating . However, I do not want my name to appear on your site. If you want to use my input make certain that my name is omitted.

He even followed up with some research on various options the following day. They also insisted on doing a very good cleanup, even though we said it was not completely necessary. Their repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with! Based on the winter we have had in greater Boston, when garage door springs give out, one needs professional assistance that is fast and accurate. Alex Delgado was well up to the task of repairing my 17' wide garage door with another storm on the way. He special ordered the springs, twice arrived early to the appointment at my house (how often is a contractor early!!)
