Thank you for you comments. Our quote included new openers and the parts that would make your two garage door's counter balance system work properly. We do not like to install new openers on doors with counter balance systems that would void the warranty and prematurely damage the opener. Ultimately the customer makes the choice that is right for them.

Need to separate out the services performed and the cost. Five Stars: Thought Jason Padrick was great, thought the sevices performed were great, and the garage door is running smooth again. Two star: I thought $599 PLUS THE $79 service fee was WAY too much for the services performed plus the new hardware. I have the springs, cables, and pulleys replaced. That's it. Bottom line: I thought Jason did a great job. I think the services are WAY overpriced.

Thank you for your comments. Our prices reflect the quality of our parts. Your repair did include replacement of all the parts of your counter balance system and came with a 7 year warranty. Our competitors typically only give a 1 year warranty with the purchase of a new door and a 90-day warranty with repairs. Also, we did give you an option for fewer parts at a substantially reduced cost and a more limited warranty.

This was advertized as a tuneup with nylon rollers installed. I was hoping to make them open and close a little quieter. One did work better, the second door is still very noisy. The technician explained to my wife that this was because the door had been backed into. Live and learn. the service performed category below did not list tuneup.

Thank you very much for your comments. Although we try to make existing doors as quiet as possible. Sometimes, however, the doors need more than a new set of rollers... sometimes they need to be replaced. It appears that your doors needed additional work, which we did recommend. Please call us and we would be happy to perform the work we recommended and help you eliminate the noise!

Service Technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The estimates was very clear and he made a great presentation. Only complaint was he didn't offer the senior discount. After reviewing your website I called the office and asked for it, which you gave me (thank you).

Quick response with replacement materials on the truck. Your technician was knowledgeable, informative and efficient. The repair was completed in 35minutes. Made recommendation on continued owner maintenance which was never done by others. Great job!

I used Precision before for repairs, so I tried to find a current review on line, but had some difficulty locating the Company listing. I finally called the number on my sticker/magnet anyway. I'm glad I did. Gary came out and assessed the situation and I was convinced that he was right that I would be better off putting in a new door than repairing the old door. He explained things in detail, and I liked the idea of energy savings in addition to a better looking door that worked well. So, I upgraded. Ray was the installer, and he was great - very polite, enthusiastic, diligent. He did a great job putting the new door in! And corrected the problem with my old structure that wasn't level. He came early and completed the installation, cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. Both Gary and Ray were very professional and just real nice to deal with. I was very impressed, and when my Sears door opener stops working eventually, I plan to call Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough. A first rate job, in my view. The new door is great. I did not have to wait for a service call--service arrived within a couple of days of my calling. Jason was very prompt, he assessed the problem quickly, gave me the various options. Though more money than I had anticipated, I opted for the major repair, which Jason did very efficiently because all the repair parts were carried on his truck--thank you!!
