The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. He really didn't miss a beat! We were not only impressed with how much heat we were saving or that, now, we have a snug fit with our "new" garage door. Before, we felt we were heating the outdoors. We can never say enough about the workmanship & professionalism & service that Derek gave to Brad and I. Derek, we thank you very, very much. It was worth every penny. I had two garage door openers replaced today by a very competent, professional and polite technician, Felipe Goncalves. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it. I took time to write this because I want you to know what a valuable employee you have in Felipe and to give you a five star rating . However, I do not want my name to appear on your site. If you want to use my input make certain that my name is omitted.

They also insisted on doing a very good cleanup, even though we said it was not completely necessary. Their repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with! Based on the winter we have had in greater Boston, when garage door springs give out, one needs professional assistance that is fast and accurate. Alex Delgado was well up to the task of repairing my 17' wide garage door with another storm on the way. He special ordered the springs, twice arrived early to the appointment at my house (how often is a contractor early!!) And was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite during the entire time he was here. Some people inherently take great pride in providing service, to the point that they are first representing their professionalism and then the good name and reputation of their company.
