Duane came to repair my door. After the inspection and talking through my options I decided to replace my doors. He did a great job explaining everything and I didn't feel any pressure. I was very happy with his knowledge and his professionalism.

Matt was great, fixed the issues within 20 minutes. The reason for a 3 star and not a 5 is that i was very surprised at how expensive the service was. In the future I'll have to shop pricing more carefully.

Thank you for your comments. We do provide the best quality parts on the market and, as a result, provide the longest warranty. Without a doubt you can find cheaper springs at the major home improvement stores. They, however, come with a 90-day warranty instead of our typical one to two years.
