Tom was prompt and professional. He carefully inspected the door and its mechanisms and offered options. He replaced the broken or worn parts quickly and even installed some missing bolts. He finished by lubricating all the moving parts and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.

I was promised the first appointment. You did call to tell me that traffic was going to delay your technician's arrival, but I really needed to get to work. Once he arrived (25 minutes late) he did quickly fix the door. It's been 3 weeks and everything seems to be working fine. In the end I am satisfied with the service you provided.

AAA special was a good value. Roller replacement and tune up for both doors. Everything was done in a professional manner. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had one side of my spring/cable broken. The smallest estimate was $379 and the largest was $699. I could not afford these repairs at this time but just wanted everyone to know what type of money you are looking at to do these repairs. They had to charge me $79 to come out to my house which is refundable if I go ahead with the work in the future (not sure how long future is). The Technician was very professional. I really had no idea how expensive these garage doors are to repair and therefore my post.

We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful. Our very old door works quite smoothly now with its new springs, pulleys and cables. Thank you Tom for your great service and thank you Precision Door Services. We would not hesitate to use your services, again!

My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated. Matt was on time and very helpful with his assessment, very professional and courteous with some advice on further troubleshooting/ power surge protection. I called Precision door to fix the garage doors in my new house. I had used them before and am just as pleased this time as I was last time. Both experiences were great from start to finish. These guys may be a little expensive, but the doors are so quiet that I would use them any time.
