Luis called me a day early and said he could squeeze me in. He suggested a new motor instead of a new sensor for a 17-year-old motor (good money after bad). He was prepared to install it right away and did so. He then stayed to teach me how to program my garage code and my Iphone. A good experience all around.

The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. I explained the inconsistent problem with the garage door and he immediately began trouble shooting. Within 10-15 minutes he identified the problem and within another 10-15 minutes he had replaced the corroded wires. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Service man came on time, came in briefly told us what he was going to do, reminding us of the cost of evaluating the project and then went about doing that. He appeared maybe 15-20 later told us what needed to be done and the cost. We agreed, he proceeded with the job, finished, explained how the system worked, had me practice and that was that. Great job.

I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door opener not closing. I did everything that I could think of to fix the problem myself however I reached a dead end and contacted your service and requested a technician on line to resolve the issue. Technician Ron came to my house the next day and after I had explained the situation to him he diagnosed that the circuit board was receiving the signal from the remotes but was not responding to them. He explained my options to me in regards to replacing the whole system or replacing the circuit board, I elected to repair the existing unit and he had it repaired within an hour of his arrival. Great service at a fair price, I could not be happier !

Very pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend them. Called on Tuesday for a non-emergency repair and we were given an appointment for the next day. Ron arrived promptly and answered all our questions and explained the options without being pushy or trying to oversell anything. He completed the work quickly and neatly. Could not be happier with Precision. I called in the afternoon 1/16 and had an appointment for next day. The service technician Luis Pizarro was fantastic. Figured out the problem quickly and had all our doors and remote openers up and running in less than an hour. And..my appointment was for around 2:00 pm and Luis arrived right on the dot at 2.
