Ray called to let me know he was running a few minutes late -- got to love that! Once he arrived he inspected my door and reviewed everything with me. I must say he talked to me in a way that I actually understood what he was reccommending. He cleaned the garage and left it in better condition than when he arrived. My door works great! What a great experience. The technician who sold me the door arrived on time. He talked me through all the options available to me and came up with a price that fit my budget. The installer also showed up on time (on a Saturday) and removed the old door and installed the new door in about 3 hours. Before he left he took the time to explain how the door worked and what I needed to do to keep it working properly. The best part is that I can barely hear the door when it goes up/down. Thanks!

Can't say enough. From the first call to the installation of my new doors and openers, they informed me about my options and their specific benefits. The doors look and work great. The installer left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. They also claim I don't have to worry about the doors and openers as long as I live in my home. I highly reccommend Precision.

The sympton didn't happen initially but Ryan waited until it appeared which resulted in a proper diagonsis. The door is now fixed properly after several other companies came out a claimed to have fixed the door. I'm extemely happy!
