The company responded quickly to my email. My garage door was fixed a day after I emailed them. Repair person was on time. Repairs were more expensive than anticipated but well done My only criticism is that I had to ask the woman who scheduled the repair what the service charge would be. I almost closed the call

Paul Osborne was my technician--he promptly arrived in a branded company van (love it), and was very friendly, courteous and professional (called beforehand to say he on his way--yes!) and patiently answered ALL questions I had--very knowledgeable. Paul did everything everything right He called ahead, then arrived when he said he would. Explained what he was going to do and then did exactly that. Worked neatly and quickly. Then, when i asked him to make a slight adjustment to the spring tension as a safety measure for our small house pets, he said “no problem” and made the change. My garage door was just repaired this morning (a Saturday) and I so appreciate Precision’s customer service. Not only were they willing to squeeze me into their schedule this morning but their follow through communications and on-site work were all very professional. I had not used Precision before but they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Since I was in an immediate need situation I decided to give them a try and didn’t do any comparative pricing. That said, i think the package pricing was reasonable and I now have a safer and working garage door thanks to Paul!

Same day service, and the tech arrived early. He had my issue fixed promptly, and when I asked him if he could check the other two garage doors he already had done it as well as lubricated them. I would absolutely call Precision again for any garage door related issues. They were great.
