Alex Delgado was wonderful; first he called to say he was running late but actually did arrive in the window of time predetermined. A spring/cable snapped as soon as I had driven into the garage and closed the door. It was around 8PM. It was a frightening experience, as I was standing right near the cable when it snapped. On top of that the car was trapped in the garage. ... and yes I needed to go to work the next day. I googled door repair and Precision came up. "Rebecca" took my call and put me at ease as she scheduled a tech for the next morning. Alex was professional, polite and took care of the job in no time. He explained my options beforehand and then reviewed them at the the end. I would highly recommend Alex and Precision CO. I do wish it was less money but I had no time to compare prices and was very grateful at the turn around time. I give 5 stars for the rating ; }

The technician Paul called a half hour before he came , as requested. he arrived on time. He performed his job quickly and efficiently. he was professional. I am 100% satisfied. Cable snapped and spring was damaged. Chris replaced springs, cables and pulleys. During final testing, he saw that the alignment of the runners at the end of the run was binding at the end of the door opening (from the original install). Chris took the time to re-align for a proper opening. All seems smoother than before and the springs appear to be of a higher quality as do the pulleys. Very professional workmanship.

We are quite pleased with the repair to one garage door that had a broken spring and several other parts that were weak or worn out. We agreed to the other garage door being upgraded to the same condition as the broken door. Service was exceptional and both garage doors are now working much better. We believe we will get another 15 years out of each of the doors. Alex was very good, quite professional, and conscientious.
