Lou arrived, took a quick look and knew immediately what was needed and then made the necessary repair. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and fixed my door in no time. We received an appointment for a repair in less than 24 hours. The problem was diagnosed in about 2 minutes from the time the technicians arrived. The entire repair (pulley replacement for two doors) was complete in about 45 minutes. Brian and Scott were wonderful. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!!

Not only were they prompt, in fact early, but they were honest with their inspection and did only what was needed. In fact, the technician went a step farther and opened a window, that was sealed by a painter. Five stars is not enough for the great service Precision performed and I wasn't even on site, so the technician was on his own to make the examination and the proper repair

Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job. Tom was a true professional. I would recommend Tom and Precision Door to anyone of my family or friends. Excellent company to do business with!

My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. He explained everything to me. Very satisfied. Please continue to offer same day service it is what stands out along with good repair work. Rating 5

I was very impressed with the turn around time and the professionalism on the part of the technician. I was told someone would be here between 4-6pm . They arrived at 5:15 pm. Right on target. I called for service at about 2:00Pm the same day.Again, would certainly recommend to others.
