Our garage door springs snapped and pulleys sheared this winter. Our service provider was prompt, analyzed our problems efficiently and found the most cost effective solutions. Not being knowledgeable about the structure of garage doors, I imagined the worst, but was delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend this company especially the service provider who worked for us.

Required work on a holiday weekend to replace a torsional spring. Garage door inoperable and cars stuck inside the garage. Customer Service went out of their way to reach a technician to do the repairs. Technician arrived within 1 hour of my initial call. Work was completed in about 1 hour. I'm very satisfied with the response, quality and speed of the work. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Once again, Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. One of our garage doors wouldn't work, and Ron immediately knew we needed to replace the gear. He quickly did that, and also lubricated the gear on the other door so it would last longer. I love the friendly, prompt service, attention to detail, and the fact that they will fix/repair something if you don't need to purchase an entire new motor. We'll rely on Precision next time our garage doors need servicing. Thanks so much!!

Our technician, Christopher Young, was wonderful. He not only repaired the door by replacing the cables, he changed the "S" hooks to a stronger, more secure connection, and connected the new cables in a way they could be adjusted (they were tied in a knot before.) He checked the safety cable and changed the rubber piece that was sagging in order to keep opening smooth. We have 2 garage doors and Chris changed all 4 cables and did the safety changes to both doors.He balanced the doors,explained everything he did and even showed us how to open the door if it breaks again. (We had tried opening the door manually using a center handle. He explained that we would have to open it on the side where the cable was broken since the other cable had to do all the work. When I commented that the bulbs in the lights on the garage door opening unit kept burning out, he explained that there are special bulbs made for garages (ones that tolerate the vibrations!! We are extremely pleased!!!!Thanks Chris, and thanks Precision. It was certainly worth the money (only 1 hour labor plus parts plus initial fee.)

Awesome service and really knowledgeable. Alex just corrected a few issues I've had with my garage door for the last 2 years. Others have looked at it and tried to fix it but not able to do it correctly. Alex stepped me through the process and corrected all of the issues with the door and it's parts. It now runs very smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best! Christopher called ahead to confirm his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with our garage doors quickly and replaced the pulleys and rollers in no time. Our doors are now quieter and close perfectly. Christopher really takes pride in his work.
