I originally called to have a garage door fixed...that turned out to be impossible because the door was over thirty years old, wooden and heavy. One of the springs snapped and it was obvious we needed a new door. Rolando came today by himself and removed the old door and replaced it (a double door) by himself. It took him approximately three hours. It is great and we are well satisfied. Thank you.

I had tried unsuccessfully to get repair work done with three other companies before learning of you from a friend. On the day of the repair, Chris Young called to advise he was en route, showed up during the promised window of time, and went to work right away. He was very friendly, high energy despite being late on a Friday, and explained what he was doing as he was troubleshooting problems with both our garage door openers. He wound up being able to save one and had to replace the other. He worked hard, despite getting drenched in a lightning storm, and stayed good-natured throughout. He explained everything at the end to ensure I was clear and comfortable with the results of all his work. He was a great serviceman and great ambassador for your company. I'd definitely recommend Chris and your company!

Chris wasw our technician. He arrived within the time frame expected and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how it could be fixed. We added to the scope of the project when we asked about the installation of new garage door openers. Chris gave us a quote and we decided to go ahead and install them. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Chris immediately got to work and once installed took time to help us set up our door entry and answered all questions. Chris, our technician is highly experienced and works quickly and efficiently. Our old, thick, heavy, really solid, double sized wooden door is over 50 years old. After Chris replaced the damaged and worn springs, rollers, pulleys and added a safety cable our door is like new. It has never functioned this well in the 35 years we have been in our house.
