He looked over all three of my garage door openers to see that they were in good shape and repaired the one that prompted the call. I so appreciate the fact that he did not try to sell me on unnecessary repair work to the other two and left me feeling confident that they were all in good shape.

We received an appointment for a repair in less than 24 hours. The problem was diagnosed in about 2 minutes from the time the technicians arrived. The entire repair (pulley replacement for two doors) was complete in about 45 minutes. Brian and Scott were wonderful. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!!

Not only were they prompt, in fact early, but they were honest with their inspection and did only what was needed. In fact, the technician went a step farther and opened a window, that was sealed by a painter. Five stars is not enough for the great service Precision performed and I wasn't even on site, so the technician was on his own to make the examination and the proper repair

I got a tune up and roller replacement coupon from AAA. The tech Gary Richtmeyer was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He educated me on my opener/door and gave me great advice to keep it running smoothly. I will only use Precision from now on and will recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service in the future!

The serviceman showed up on time and found the problem very quickly. The repair itself took almost no time at all. I've contacted other companies and it seems all they want to do is sell you a new door. That wasn't the case here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The garage door bolt had loosened and the spring and bracket has fallen to the floor. Within 2 days the technician was out and fixed it in no time at all! The price was not over the top. Very polite and efficient!

Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job. Tom was a true professional. I would recommend Tom and Precision Door to anyone of my family or friends. Excellent company to do business with!

My garage door's spring and pulley broke on Labor Day. I called the telephone number and got a knowledgeable person.(Most places would have just had a recording saying they were closed) I made an appointment for the next day and the service technician came down on time and repaired it. He explained everything to me. Very satisfied. Please continue to offer same day service it is what stands out along with good repair work. Rating 5

I called and they scheduled the repair the next day. The technician, Brian was professional, explained and showed me the repairs. I needed a part that had to be ordered he scheduled to come back before he left so I knew the broken door would be working when he came back. The technician was nice, professional and had to drive a long way to make the appointment even with really bad traffic. He was accountable.
