Their person was professional, sharp as a tack, and knew his stuff... he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I'm relieved to have my garage doors working properly again. My only concern was basically I was charged the cost of a visit to replace three light bulbs. I guess LED bulbs screw up most systems so I just had to replace them with traditional filament bulbs. So what happens when the government eliminates these older bulbs is beyond me. Thank You CK

Perfect! Our overhead garage door had been knocked out of alignment when one of us - not saying who - tried to back the SUV out of the garage without closing the back hatch. As a result, the garage door wouldn't close. Christopher called two hours before our scheduled appointment to say he could come out sooner to repair the door if I was available. I wasn't able to get there but since the door was open anyway, I asked Christopher if he would be able to do it without me there. He could and he did. The repair was done exactly as I would have wished. When it was finished, he called to let me know so I could give him a credit card number. In all, very timely, excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Thanks again, Christopher.

From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!

The girl/woman I originally spoke with (Miranda) seemed genuinely concerned about helping me out, and did! The gentleman (and he was that), Ron, who came to assess my situation and give me an estimate, was genuine and professional, listened to my concerns and limitations, and never tried to "sell me" anything I didn't want or need. We love our new garage doors from Precision Door. The installer, Justin, was professional, friendly and meticulous. Really appreciated the fact that he cleaned up before he left. Also had them custom paint the doors to match our trim color. Tom promptly came right out after install and touched up nicks that occurred during transporting the doors to our house. When we called to arrange an appointment for an estimate, they were responsive, professional and on time. The only minor issue was that after the doors were ordered there were a couple of times it was hard to reach a live person and when we left messages (by email and voice) they weren't returned. But overall, very happy with the quality and timeliness of the product and installation.

One of the springs broke on my door and I found Precision on the internet. One call and I had a technician , Christopher, at my house by 1pm. He not only fixed the problem but also went the extra step to straighten the runner and tighten down the entire unit. The door is so quiet opening and closing now.
