I was very impressed with the quick service and pleasant repair man whom knew just what the problem was and fixed. He did give he some options to choose from and I felt like I was well informed on my options. Definitely a 5 star company to do business with.

5 stars. Precision responded very quickly after our old garage door opener broke. They suggested the best one for our garage and it was installed the day we called. They also insisted on doing a very good cleanup, even though we said it was not completely necessary. Their repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with! And.... we have been very happy with the new opener, an upgrade for us.

I would like to compliment your technician Gary Richtmeyer & your company for your fast service and honesty. Prior to my calling your company for service I called an online garage door repair service. It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. I found PRECISION Garage Door and my problems solved...Gary Richtmeyer was a gentleman and he was quite informative about the life expectancy of a "garage door opener"....I CAN HONESTLY SAY, Gary regained my faith in HONEST PEOPLE in the service industry.....In short I would recorrmend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR & technician GARY RICHTMEYER....Thank you for a job WELL DONE.

I was pleased with the service Matt provided today. He was on time, courteous and went out of his was to be sure everything was working properly before he left. The only negative was that I originally had an appointment two days ago. Apparently the technician who was scheduled was running late but no one called me until after my two-hour window had expired. However, I won't hesitate to call again because in the end I am very satisfied.

Glass cracked in one of my door panes. Precision was able to order a replacement and a few days later set up an appointment to install it. the installer showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. A great experience!

I had an injury due to a malfunctioning garage door so I called the first repair service listed on Google. I could not have been happier. Service was very quick, same day or within 24 hours, phone calls to let me know when the technician would arrive informing me of any delays, etc, with a very pleasant staff person, and a wonderful technician. The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.

These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. If you want these items installed please give us a call.
