The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. He really didn't miss a beat! We were not only impressed with how much heat we were saving or that, now, we have a snug fit with our "new" garage door. Before, we felt we were heating the outdoors. We can never say enough about the workmanship & professionalism & service that Derek gave to Brad and I. Derek, we thank you very, very much. It was worth every penny. I am very pleased with my two new garage doors. The installer, Derek Desjardins, did a wonderful job. This was not an easy install because he had to contend with snow, ice and bitter cold. He was very personable. My only slight complaint would be that it did take a long time from the date of ordering the doors to the date of installation. It would be a good idea to give the customer occasional updates on the time schedule.

He showed up, did the work, and cleaned everything up when he was finished. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the level of workmanship. I had two garage door openers replaced today by a very competent, professional and polite technician, Felipe Goncalves. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it. I took time to write this because I want you to know what a valuable employee you have in Felipe and to give you a five star rating . However, I do not want my name to appear on your site. Gary is very knowledgable and is a good representative for your business. Everything went well except I'm not sure we tested the middle door. It is still not going down and Gary had already left. I tried to call him back but had to setup another appointment. Hopefully I don't have to take anymore time off work. Would have been 5 stars for sure except for it not being fixed.
