Fantastic service! Ron kept us apprised of arrival time...calling once to confirm the time...and then again when he was five minutes away. Ron reviewed the repair options with me, and then got to work.Excellent work, efficient and completed fairly quickly. Fixed the problems, door back to normall. Felipe was right on time and in 20 minutes had the door opener working correctly again....he was so polite and friendly an the best part was we were told previously we may need a new circuit board and he assured us he could fix it without ordering any new parts.....we are grateful for the quick service and to have a garage door working once again

Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

I came across precision garage door web site and felt the site was very professional and decided to go with them. I am very glad I did. Very kind considerate workers. I asked A few question multiple times and the tech responded with the answered very patiently even though it was extremely hot and humid. This company was a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to the installer everything was smooth and professional. The product is better than I hoped. The installer called prior to coming, was very professional, well organized and completed the project in a timely manner. The old door was removed and taken away with installer. Ray (the installer) explained things well when I had a question. Our old door took 2 people to open and need to be held up with a steel pole now the new door lifts with 2 fingers and Ray even added a little rope handle so I could reach it myself. The new door look beautiful and all the neighbors have commented how great it looks too! Thank you so much Precision Team!!!

I was lucky enough to have Felipe Goncalves come to our house to fix a broken spring. Felipe came in and inspected the damage and gave me a few options. I choose to have new springs, cables, and rollers installed for a special that was available. Felipe was very good as he took the time to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Not only was it done right but Felipe was one of the nicest people i have had the pleasure to meet. I can't say enough good things about Precision and their employees and the excellent work they do. I would highly recommend anyone that has any issues with their garage doors to call Precision ASAP. Certainly was the right decision for me. If I ever have any other issues I'm going straight back to precision as I know the job will be do right.

He called when he had a cancellation and was really flexible in working out a time that was better for my schedule. The problem was easy to fix but he lubricated the hinges so the door is so much quieter and explained all about future maintenance. I would definitely use Precision again.

I had a double wide old wooden door with a broken spring. They patched it together while my new equipment was ordered. Had an issue with tracking of the door, they came within two days fixed for free

In order to be fair I will score based on each aspect of my experience. I called precision because my web search found them first with advertised same day service. Prompt service grade 1.. I was told two day wait. Actual service performed by the technician was pleasant and efficient. Grade 5. Cost was very high.the repair was simple, replace cables $198.. Grade 1

We had a garage door that was out of alignment. The service technician arrived early in the 2 hour commitment window, and identified the problem almost immediately. Before he left, the parts were already on order, with a promise they'd be ready to install 'early next week'. Not 3 hours later I got a call to schedule the parts replacement the following Monday.
