I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary. ( Ps we discovered we listen to the same satellite radio station.. Much to Gary's surprise!)

I did not have to wait for a service call--service arrived within a couple of days of my calling. Jason was very prompt, he assessed the problem quickly, gave me the various options. Though more money than I had anticipated, I opted for the major repair, which Jason did very efficiently because all the repair parts were carried on his truck--thank you!!

Tech didn't have wires attached on electric eye. Probably why electric eyes would not light.

Our best guess is that the wires were not correctly installed. The opener worked when we left, but obviously we hadn't done the original job properly. We apologize for any inconvenience and are obviously happy to come out and provide warranty work (free of charge). Again we are sorry our first attempt to fix your opener wasn't as promised.

I just had Precision Door Service perform a repair on my garage door openrs, they adjusted the tension belt and adjusted the track so the door would close properly. The technician was very professional and very experienced. The price was fair and they did a great job. I would defenitley reffer them to friends and fsmily

Had a cable snap on me on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
