I would like to compliment your technician Gary Richtmeyer & your company for your fast service and honesty. Prior to my calling your company for service I called an online garage door repair service. It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. I found PRECISION Garage Door and my problems solved...Gary Richtmeyer was a gentleman and he was quite informative about the life expectancy of a "garage door opener"....I CAN HONESTLY SAY, Gary regained my faith in HONEST PEOPLE in the service industry.....In short I would recorrmend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR & technician GARY RICHTMEYER....Thank you for a job WELL DONE.

I was pleased with the service Matt provided today. He was on time, courteous and went out of his was to be sure everything was working properly before he left. The only negative was that I originally had an appointment two days ago. Apparently the technician who was scheduled was running late but no one called me until after my two-hour window had expired. However, I won't hesitate to call again because in the end I am very satisfied.

Glass cracked in one of my door panes. Precision was able to order a replacement and a few days later set up an appointment to install it. the installer showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. A great experience!

Service was very quick, same day or within 24 hours, phone calls to let me know when the technician would arrive informing me of any delays, etc, with a very pleasant staff person, and a wonderful technician. The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.

These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. Ron Lecours did an outstanding job. He explained the issues and made several recommendations on what needed to be done. We replaced springs, rollers and cables and he made all the necessary adjustments. He was very professional and knowledgeable, came even earlier based on a confirmed phone conversation. He was in and out in about 1 hr and the garage door is now functioning even better.

Based on the winter we have had in greater Boston, when garage door springs give out, one needs professional assistance that is fast and accurate. Alex Delgado was well up to the task of repairing my 17' wide garage door with another storm on the way. He special ordered the springs, twice arrived early to the appointment at my house (how often is a contractor early!!) And was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite during the entire time he was here. Some people inherently take great pride in providing service, to the point that they are first representing their professionalism and then the good name and reputation of their company. I will bet that many or most of Precision Door Service technicians take the same amount of pride. Thank you Alex, well done.
