Mike was there early, did an inspection and gave us options and prices. Bearings on the motor and rollers were shot. He replaced the motor and all rollers and we now have a quiet garage door with the added benefit of light beam safety equipment. Mike was professional, friendly and informative about the new equipment. I highly recommend Precision and Michael to anyone who needs maintenance on their garage doors.

I was promised the first appointment. You did call to tell me that traffic was going to delay your technician's arrival, but I really needed to get to work. Once he arrived (25 minutes late) he did quickly fix the door. It's been 3 weeks and everything seems to be working fine. In the end I am satisfied with the service you provided.

Called on a holiday. Got an appointment the next day. The technician was done in 45 minutes. Now I feel the price was a bit high but worth it for such prompt service. And all the parts and labor are guaranteed for three years. Totally recommend this company.

AAA special was a good value. Roller replacement and tune up for both doors. Everything was done in a professional manner. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had one side of my spring/cable broken. The smallest estimate was $379 and the largest was $699. I could not afford these repairs at this time but just wanted everyone to know what type of money you are looking at to do these repairs. They had to charge me $79 to come out to my house which is refundable if I go ahead with the work in the future (not sure how long future is). The Technician was very professional. I really had no idea how expensive these garage doors are to repair and therefore my post.

We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful. Our very old door works quite smoothly now with its new springs, pulleys and cables. Thank you Tom for your great service and thank you Precision Door Services. We would not hesitate to use your services, again!

Techician arrived early and was able to fix our door within 20 minutes. I was amazed that the parts he needed - 2 large springs- were in the van. This is the second transaction we have had with Presicion in 5 months - the first was a new automatic opener (I guess the door is showing its age)and both times the tecnician was excellent and the van well stocked with all the necessary parts. Hope this is the last thing the door needs for a while, but if not, we will certainly call Precision again.

My call for service was not really necessary - I was concerned about power outages in my basement that I thought might be related to the newly installed door, but they were unrelated. Matt was on time and very helpful with his assessment, very professional and courteous with some advice on further troubleshooting/ power surge protection. It's unfortunate that I had to pay a service fee ($79) for something that I should have been able to figure out myself, but I appreciate his time. Thanks, Meg N.

We bought the AAA special which included new rollers and a tune up. The technician (Gary) showed up right when they said he would and did a complete diagnosis of both of our doors. He had several recommendations, which we agreed to have done. $350 later both doors work better than when they were newly installed 5 years ago. Great deal, great technician, and great company!
