Precision's advertising was very informative. It was useful to know that service is available 24/7 (including weekend and evenings.) My service technician was prompt and very knowledgable. Had a cable snap on me on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My local vendor who I have utilized in the past, took a day and a half to return my call, then was unavailable to help me for another 3 days.
