I called Precision door to fix the garage doors in my new house. I had used them before and am just as pleased this time as I was last time. Both experiences were great from start to finish. These guys may be a little expensive, but the doors are so quiet that I would use them any time.

Both the technician who originally visited when the order was placed, and the technicians who made the installation were timely, friendly, competent, and explained the problem and solutions. Job was completed efficiently, and the job site left clean and neat.

Had rebuilds done for both doors...all new hardware (springs, cabels, rollers,...). Matt was very knowledgable and went above and beyond what was needed. When I need to get new doors and/or operators, this company will be the one I call. I had called the original company who installed the doors when the house was built in 2001 and no one (4 days later) has returned my call. This company has great customer service and will work on any aspect that needs done, not just installing new doors, which smaller companies often focus on. All good here!

Five stars for Duane -- he was wonderful. He knew what he was talking about and offered additional advice about the quality of the original installation. His assessment of the situation and his initial quote were accurate, and he fixed the door quickly on the second visit and was very professional and respectful both times. However, I'm less than thrilled with Precision Door's pricing policy. I paid the $250 emergency fee the day I broke the door, May 16, to have someone come out and fix it that same day (it was Duane who came out that first time too). I was told that the bottom panel of the door would have to be replaced. So ultimately, I paid $250 to have my garage door closed and unplugged -- something I could and would have done myself. I was then still charged the full $450 price to have the repair done.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Precision Doors. They came the same day I called and were able to meet me after my work day. It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all. I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Saturday. The service technician came as promised with a van stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again. Very satisfied with the entire process.
