As an emergency service provider my staff clearly understands service. When one of our doors was damaged the crew from Precision was on site the day and time they said they would be, made the needed repairs in a quick neat manner. After the repairs were made they took the time to go thru the door and opener and made suggestions on how to prevent further damage. A second appointment was made with in a couple of weeks ( once the needed parts arrived) and they once again showed up on time and competed the work as promised and for the quoted price. We will be calling them again to schedule a visit to look at the remainder of our 5 large glass doors and to look at our other building with 3 doors. THANKS !!!

He gave me three different options of service, and he told me I didn't need to replace the motor. He completed the job quickly, and cleaned up after. I am so pleased I called Precision Door Service. Paul Osborne was the service technician who repaired our door. He called promptly at 9:00 AM to let us know he would arrive 30minutes later. He was right on time and very professional. Paul called to say he was running ahead of schedule and arrived a few minutes later. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After some discussion about the state of our doors and the need for replacements in the near future, he replaced the broken springs on one door and did some maintenance on the other two doors. I found Precision on the web...called them and spoke to Cameron - super nice gentleman very polite and setup the appointment very quickly. Mike W showed up for the appt - actually early, unheard of in the service industry. He was extremely casual and informal with his approach..."F" this. "F" that...luckily my wife was not privy to this - she would have been taken aback (and I do believe Mike would have been more balanced in front of her). The reason for 3-star rating is the pricing - I had the wall control replaced which retails on the manufacturer site for $45.99 and on Amazon for $40.99 w/prime. I was charged $108.00 for it, $86 for installation, $165 for spray lubing all the 3 door and $105 for the service call. Luckily I had a coupon for the service call and saved that amount. Did not have the presence of mind to share the part pricing with Mike when he was at our home - I am sure he would have matched that price. My advice - please do your research before and during and share that with technician.

I am really happy with the service I received. One of my garage doors had a broken spring, that combined with 30 year old parts warranted some professional help. Paul from Precision was punctual and did a great job walking me through my options. He was able to complete all the work in a reasonable amount of time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. All around a great interaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

You took a 50% deposit of $1,500 and then called and cancelled the appointment. I was told you would call back with a new date and I've heard nothing and left another message. I am unhappy and the person I spoke to, tom, was rude. I want my money back or an actual call back with a date of when this will be completed. It has been 6 weeks

I looked at an old phone book, that's how I found Precision. Paul got me sorted out temporarily. I am on a waiting list for a new door. However, would like for it to be done in warmer weather. Also, the door has failed to fully close twice since then. Paul said the Liftmaster will be OK to use. Perhaps your staff could check it when they come. Paul was very nice, very efficient and likeable. So far, I am glad I called Precision, and I was truly grateful for the quick response. Marie
