Outstanding, super-professional company and service--very, very impressed. After my initial phone call to set up an appointment for my broken garage door, I received a comprehensive email with appointment time, date and technician info, which assured me I made the right choice. Paul Osborne was my technician--he promptly arrived in a branded company van (love it), and was very friendly, courteous and professional (called beforehand to say he on his way--yes!) and patiently answered ALL questions I had--very knowledgeable. Precision is an appropriate name for this company--just exemplary--other businesses should take note, this is how it is done, particularly with customer service. I am one very happy customer--thank you!

Mike M. was on time, explained everything, very nice and helpful. Instead of repairing the old rusted out door he suggested new and explained the cost impacts of repair vs new. I ended up going new as Precision has specials. Really great service - really impressed. I look forward to the install of the new doors in the coming weeks.

Pleasant Surprises Love the garage doors but I really love how quiet the opener is. I can barely hear it while in the garage and not at all when I’m the house. The installer was very friendly and focused on doing a great job. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Paul orsborne called before coming and asked if he could come early. Of course I welcomed him. When he arrived he was welcomed by our two dogs and my grandson. We was understanding and went right to work. He gave me all options and price on repairing or replacing our door opener. Once I decided he completed the work quickly and professionally. Paul did everything everything right He called ahead, then arrived when he said he would. Explained what he was going to do and then did exactly that. Worked neatly and quickly. Then, when i asked him to make a slight adjustment to the spring tension as a safety measure for our small house pets, he said “no problem” and made the change. I recommend Paul in particular and the company he works for without hesitation.

Very slick, impressive customer service. Call-handling and communication by technician as to show-up time were first-rate. Onsite, very competent, efficient and effective. As a consumer, I personally feel that customer service, from any provider, is typically inferior. These folks are a glaring exception. Somebody is clearly "minding the store." They will be my clear choice whenever I have a door issue in the future.

Same day service, and the tech arrived early. He had my issue fixed promptly, and when I asked him if he could check the other two garage doors he already had done it as well as lubricated them. I would absolutely call Precision again for any garage door related issues. They were great.

Service technician assessed my situation, made a recommendation, walked me through a multi-page glossy brochure showing a variety of door styles, and once I made a decision, took measurements and gave me a firm quote. He also pointed out that one model was at a bargain price this month and would rise in price in 2018. (The fellow who came to my house was Barry Williams -- confident and convincing.) The next day, Precision called me to double-check the components of my order, get a deposit, and agree on an installation date. They gave me a reminder call the day before installation, which was an incentive for me to clean out the garage of all those items I had stored there because one day I might need them. I was fortunate to have their best installation team -- Rob and Orlando. They were a real pleasure to work with, even placing door handles to match my height and reach to enable me to open and close the door in the event of power failure. They also showed me how to maintain the door mechanism in future years. And they cleaned up afterward! An all-around professional company, with a motivated staff.

I got a little impatient and and couldn't wait for the door to fully open before backing my new SUV into the garage. As a result I knocked my door off the house. A little help from Google and one phone call and 2 hours later Mike Thurber arrived and fixed my door with in an hour. Mike was a great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and courtesy. After fixing my door he pointed out some possible future maintenance of replacing my door rollers. I figured that since he was there I would take a preventative step and replace the rollers. Glad I did, the doors are virtually quiet when opening or closing! I would strongly recommend Mike and OGPDS!

Precision earned a 5 star rating with its exemplary service today. The technician clearly knew the products thoroughly and made a quick diagnosis. Addressing me in a courteous and professional manner he explained what the problem was and the options to handle it. Everything was made clear, I knew what the cost would be and once I approved the work, he completed it efficiently and left everything in perfect order. Then he provided instruction on the new motor package from touch pad to an overview of remote access. We were very happy to invest in a quality product delivered with so little stress. 5 Stars. I read their ad on the internet and was attracted by it. Here is a company that does exactly what they advertise. A superb technician [Mike} installed our door closer. Could not ask for better quality of workmanship and service. Believe me my standards for workmanship are very very high and Mike even exceeded them. He also answered all my questions [some technical] and made sure that I had all the information I needed before he left. Highly recommend them for garage door work. These people are exceptional.

cables, springs, etc. replaced. Technician was polite, and efficient at diagnosing the problem with the door. Previous system lasted 8 years--time for a new one. He did a great job replacing the lift system. I'd rate the service at a 5.
