Paul was awesome in explaining everything with my garage door situation. Precision was recommended by my mother who used you last summer. I will absolutely recommend you in the future and feel secure knowing that if and when I may need additional work I can call precision. We had made several attempts to get our garage door working again, using several random garage door guys. Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. He quickly identified it as a circuit board problem, had the part and was able to replace it on the spot, and 'presto' the door is working again. Thanks Paul! Great job.

Paul decided to fix it pro bono -- as a result Precision will be getting the service job when our 12 year old doors need to get replaced. Great work Paul and thank you!

What a pleasure to have a company realize that I might want more information on who the service people were who were going to come to my house. The repairs were carefully explained and quickly made, and I had full confidence that I had been told the truth about what was needed. I am relieved that I will not have my garage door malfunction in the middle of a blizzard this winter!
