My older garage door was not working at all. Plus, it was a safety issue. Ron came out today on time and fixed the problems. He replaced two springs and reattached a very important wire! Ron was competent, polite and professional. We were all very pleased. I give him and the company five stars.

Everyone was great, from the staff who answer the phones to the tech, Alex. Alex was a pro! He did a great job and had excellent customer service skills. One of my garage door springs broke and I needed service but I did not have a repair service, so I did a web search. I wanted someone local to my home, and I chose Precision.The gave me an appointment for the next day, and they even called that morning to let me know they had a cancellation and did I want an earlier time? I accepted and they arrived on time. The repair was done within half an hour and the technician couldn't have been nicer. I would use Precision again in the future

Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

Gary was great! I drove through my garage door, totally destroying it and I needed lots of help narrowing down all the choices and options for a replacement. He did that well for me. And then, after i'd ordered and he'd left, he heard that we were going to get lots of snow tomorrow. He drove back to my house and installed a tarp he got to cover the opening. Needed some lubrication and the sensor adjusted. The tech who is also a manager I think, believe his name is Ron, showed up early, was very nice, and very competent. Pricing is fair, and I got a bit of an education in Garage door maintenance and what to expect in the future.
