Chris wasw our technician. He arrived within the time frame expected and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained how it could be fixed. We added to the scope of the project when we asked about the installation of new garage door openers. Chris gave us a quote and we decided to go ahead and install them. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Chris immediately got to work and once installed took time to help us set up our door entry and answered all questions. Perfect! Our overhead garage door had been knocked out of alignment when one of us - not saying who - tried to back the SUV out of the garage without closing the back hatch. As a result, the garage door wouldn't close. Christopher called two hours before our scheduled appointment to say he could come out sooner to repair the door if I was available. I wasn't able to get there but since the door was open anyway, I asked Christopher if he would be able to do it without me there. He could and he did. The repair was done exactly as I would have wished. When it was finished, he called to let me know so I could give him a credit card number. In all, very timely, excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Thanks again, Christopher.

I could not be happier with the quality of service that I received from your company. Your installer (Chris) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly he did an excellent and efficient job installing my new opener. I know I probably could have purchased the opener myself for less and shopped around to perhaps save a few bucks on the installation but it's true that you get what you pay for and this was well worth it. We love our new garage doors from Precision Door. The installer, Justin, was professional, friendly and meticulous. Really appreciated the fact that he cleaned up before he left. Also had them custom paint the doors to match our trim color. Tom promptly came right out after install and touched up nicks that occurred during transporting the doors to our house. When we called to arrange an appointment for an estimate, they were responsive, professional and on time. The only minor issue was that after the doors were ordered there were a couple of times it was hard to reach a live person and when we left messages (by email and voice) they weren't returned. But overall, very happy with the quality and timeliness of the product and installation.

The technician Paul called a half hour before he came , as requested. he arrived on time. He performed his job quickly and efficiently. he was professional. I am 100% satisfied. Precision totally met my expectations. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and would recommend them to everyone. I like that the techs pictures and resumes are on line so you can see who is coming. Very professional organization.
