I was promised the first appointment. You did call to tell me that traffic was going to delay your technician's arrival, but I really needed to get to work. I had one side of my spring/cable broken. The smallest estimate was $379 and the largest was $699. I could not afford these repairs at this time but just wanted everyone to know what type of money you are looking at to do these repairs. They had to charge me $79 to come out to my house which is refundable if I go ahead with the work in the future (not sure how long future is). The Technician was very professional. I really had no idea how expensive these garage doors are to repair and therefore my post.

To be fair, there was a lot was wrong with Mr. Rizoli's door. The $379 price included the $79 service fee, springs, new safety cables, and new lift cables. Also the $699 option rebuilt his whole door and came with a 7 year warranty. Our competitors typically only give a 1 year warranty on their parts and labor when they install a new door. Thank you Mr. Rizoli for calling us back and going with the first option. We appreciate your business and your recognizing that we do provide a great deal of value.

We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful.
