Jacob Krummel was amazing. He took the time to explain why my old doors and openers were breaking and then explained all of my options for repair or installing new openers. He was polite, professional, and efficient. Once he finished the installation, he made sure to program all of our remotes and show me all of the features of the new openers! It’s safe to say that I have a new garage door company!

There are many important aspects to a repair call. Being on time, performing the required work quickly and efficiently, and being "professional/personable". Precision gets high marks for all these, and our technician, Jacaob, was excellent. 1st thing he did was don a mask, and practiced social distancing throughout the service call. That is also appreciated! Jacob has a great demeanor, explained everything he did, and is a credit to your business. Very pleased!

His work was first-rate Took the time to make small adjustments, lubricate the moving parts and double check the connections. He was also friendly and cheerful. Both technicians were very courteous and answered all of my questions. They installed a new 18 ft garage door and a new garage door opener. They demonstrated the use of the key pad for the garage opener and explained the function of the garage door opener wall switch. They worked efficiently in the very cold weather.

Had a great experience with tech Jacob. Garage door rollers had been jumping tracks, he replaced tracks & rollers, and installed other new components to make it work better than before.
