Had a great experience with Mike this morning. He called to say he was on the way and showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He installed new keypad outside as well as new sensor laser beam unit on door. He provided tips on how to use new equipment effectively. Mike from Precision came to our home in Hingham this morning and replaced the springs on our garage door - it's working perfectly! Mike was on time (even called on his way here), very professional and efficient, and we could not be more pleased with his work. I had a broken spring, so I went into the local Yellow Pages and saw the ad for Precision. I called and scheduled an appointment with ease. The technician, Mike, was prompt and personable. He explained what the situation needed, inspected the whole apparatus, made some recommendations, and did a thorough job in less than an hour. He patiently answered my many questions about the process and the whole garage door apparatus, most of them while he was doing the work. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you.

Mike came to repair our garage door. He adjusted the door and it works like new. He also reprogrammed our garage door opener remotes and 2 cars. When he was done he oiled and greased both doors. Thank you for your feed back and your business. We apologize if you felt we did not schedule your follow-up appointment as quickly as you felt was appropriate. For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.

I had called a garage door company that I have used for several years. They could not help me for over one week so I found Precision Door on line. They initially gave me the same answer but when I said “no thank you” the person on the phone asked me to wait until she checked with the service manager and I was informed they would be to my home later that day. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the service, I received very professional and courteous service. The technician,Mike Thurber was absolutely fantastic. He explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. He is a credit to the company and i rate him among the best service technicians who have ever done service at my home. I chose Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. They were immediately cordial and helpful on the phone and made an appoint for the same day. They send a confirmation email and pictures of the employees so you can recognize your repair person. I was given a time window of 1-3. Before 1pm I received a call from Mike T letting me Know he would be arriving by 1:25. Mike checked out the situation and gave us options for repair. He was always courteous and friendly. We were very happy with our results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Mike did an excellent job of explaining my options for repairing the garage door opener. I chose to replace the whole assembly rather than just the gears. The old unit was installed in 1997. Mike did a great job in replacing the unit. It was not the best of conditions with the heat. Everything was done in a timely manner and he explained the operation of the new unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the replacement. I have used Precision before and as usual I would use Precision again and recommend them for anybody with garage door issues
