Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented. We had a repeat problem that was fixed 60 days prior by another technician. Paul decided to fix it pro bono -- as a result Precision will be getting the service job when our 12 year old doors need to get replaced. Great work Paul and thank you!

My garage door opener has a battery pack that was beeping every 30 seconds. I call Precision and they made an appointment for a technician to come to my house. Paul Osborne called me before the appointment and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. It was a pleasure having him working in my home. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, and kept me informed on what was needed, what he was doing, and let me agree on the cost before doing the work. If I ever need more work I will ask for Paul! I don't see it listed but I purchased not only a new battery for the one that was beeping but replace the other one also!

We where extremely pleased & highly recommend Precision Door, noted excellent ad in phone book/internet. We spoke to live person received quick response to our emergency when our garage door jammed open & they dispatched a technician that afternoon, (it was a Saturday). Their technician Paul arrived, quickly accessed the problem & completed repairs that day, Paul was very professional, extremely knowledge. Thank you so much for you service .

Would definitely use Precision again. All of the staff was very polite. I had a 9-11 am time slot and they called me on their way with an estimated arrival time which was great. Barry was awesome! Quality door. Work was very neat and professional. The estimator was very knowledgeable and saved me delays and grief by noticing the opening needed to be resized before installation. No other company estimators picked up on that. I highly recommend.

Rob was great super knowledgeable but the prices on the parts were super inflated 4 to 6 times manufactures list price won't be using your company again

We appreciate your comments and understand that there is sticker shock when comparing the prices for our parts vs. those that are sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. The parts are in noway comparable. Parts from Home Depot come with a 30-day warranty, ours came with a 3-year warranty. You may not appreciate the quality of the parts now, but in 5 to 7 years you will.

The spring to my garage door broke. I called the Worcester, MA area number for Precision. The Customer Service Representative: Emily set me up with an appointment for later that same day. The repairmen: Barry & Mike arrived on time, worked in unison to repair my door, demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. They were in an out within 40 minutes and the door is just like new. I was very impressed with the competency and professionalism of both the repair technicians as well as the Customer Service Representative.
