I had called two other local garage door repair companies, had to leave voicemails, and never got a return call. I then called Precision, and a real person answered the phone and had an experienced technician out to my home the next day. The technician Mike Thurber called ahead, arrived right on schedule, and quoted a fair price for the work. Within an hour Mike had the springs, pulleys and rollers on both doors fixed and replaced. Mike did a great job! I'm still waiting on the other companies to call me back. I highly recommend Precision.

I felt cheated $735 for a broken spring cable and roller tech kept adding more parts as he went along I could have bought a new door tor less doing this to seniors is not good it should be reported to the state attorney general

Mike the technician called me before he came to say that he would be early if that was alright. He arrived about 10 minutes later and immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what would be required to repair it. He was very personable and most respectful and I would be more than happy to call Precision again if there was a problem. He explained to me that the rollers needed replacement and he also lubricated the door. He did this very quickly and then showed me what he had done. The door is now extremely quiet and there is a definite difference in the performance of the door. Thank you so much.

This morning I received a call from Barry at 7:30 AM advising that he would be here at 8 Am and he arrived precisely on time. He repaired a broken cable and lubed all of the rollers and hinges. He noticed that the "lifter" had torn loose and was only attached to the plastic door and not to a bracket that had not been installed. He promptly took care of the problem. After Barry left I checked with a friend/neighbor/condo board of director and his garage door also did not have the bracket. This will be brought up at the next board meeting and I expect that you will be contacted to install the bracket on 114 more garage doors in the complex. I give Barry 5 stars - he was great! This is the second time I've used Precision to have a garage door opener installed - I called them because the first experience was very good. Their booking/scheduling process is easy, their technician arrived on time, and the quote was accurate. We had our call returned almost immediately. Mike arrived the next day, a half hour early after calling first to see if that was convenient. He was very professional and friendly. If we had not first looked at your website and read the reviews we would have been skeptical of his recommendation that we needed not just a spring replacement but a rebuild package. He showed me all of the parts that he replaced and they indeed were very worn and would have failed. That would have meant repeat calls and repairs. He estimated we saved $600 by doing the rebuild. The call was made on Tuesday, the work was done on Wednesday. The other company we have used just called us back today, Friday. Needless to say we didn't bother to answer the phone. Our repair is warranted for five years. We highly recommend Precision Door. Precision Door, give Mike a raise!!
