We had our call returned almost immediately. Mike arrived the next day, a half hour early after calling first to see if that was convenient. He was very professional and friendly. If we had not first looked at your website and read the reviews we would have been skeptical of his recommendation that we needed not just a spring replacement but a rebuild package. He showed me all of the parts that he replaced and they indeed were very worn and would have failed. That would have meant repeat calls and repairs. He estimated we saved $600 by doing the rebuild. The call was made on Tuesday, the work was done on Wednesday. The other company we have used just called us back today, Friday. Needless to say we didn't bother to answer the phone. Our repair is warranted for five years. We highly recommend Precision Door. Precision Door, give Mike a raise!!

He arrived on time, and he called about 15 minutes before so that I was ready. This allowed the appointment time to be used most efficiently.

Paul was great!! He came in and assessed the problem right away. The problem was that my sensor was not aligned and I had realigned it. I called because I wanted him to test the wiring and he did and he left me with some great tips for using my garage door. He was funny, witty, and polite and loves his new dog!!

All aspects of the repair, from making the appointment to the completed installation, were performed professionally and with attention to detail. All representatives were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician, Barry, went out of his way to answer any questions we had and also to educate us on recommended maintenance. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you! We did purchase and replace the weather stripping that goes on the external side of the door, but I did not see those in the list below ;-)

the door was damaged on arrival. still waiting for repairs to the door and to many many sighted errors where i took pictures and made a list for the company to address. both the install and quality of the door as of right now do not even deserve a star. extremely poor.

We are sorry for your experience. We understand that the customer is very frustrated when, after waiting on a custom order door, their door comes in damaged. Given that we were going to be replacing the damaged sections the installers did not take their normal care in installing the door. Once the new replacement sections arrived we came out and replaced them and also replaced a defective part of the automatic opener we installed. All seems good now, would welcome an updated review.

I would def recommend this company. When I called they were friendly & knowledgable. I was amazed at how quickly they came out to do the job and the technician Mike was just wonderful!!!! So nice, polite and very knowledgable. He told me just what he would be doing showed me all the parts and explained what each part did and why he was replacing the parts he did. I was afraid I wouldn’t know who he was when he got to my house but even that was essilyvtecognizable with his company shirt and business card. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job Mike did.
