I am very happy with my new garage doors--they make it so much easier to use the garage, and they work beautifully. The technicians who came to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a slight problem with one of the doors when first installed, but as soon as I mentioned it the company sent out another technician, who not only fixed the problem but also fixed another problem we didn't know we had. I recommend them highly.

I would rate you as a 5. Polite, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. The only thing is the fact it took one month from the time I ordered the door until the time it came. But that is not necessarily your fault. I would still rate you a 5 for your professionalism.

We had made several attempts to get our garage door working again, using several random garage door guys. Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. He quickly identified it as a circuit board problem, had the part and was able to replace it on the spot, and 'presto' the door is working again. Thanks Paul! Great job.
