5 Stars. I read their ad on the internet and was attracted by it. Here is a company that does exactly what they advertise. A superb technician [Mike} installed our door closer. Could not ask for better quality of workmanship and service. Believe me my standards for workmanship are very very high and Mike even exceeded them. He also answered all my questions [some technical] and made sure that I had all the information I needed before he left. Highly recommend them for garage door work. These people are exceptional.

I chose precision door because of the website it seemed very professional and lots of favorable reviews. My technician was Barry, he called and said he could arrive about two hours early luckily I was home so that went well. He explained what needed to be done and did it in a quick fashion. Door operates as good as the date it was installed, based on my experience I would recommend this company

Barry came early after checking whether that would be okay. I was delighted to get the work done so promptly. He was very professional and polite, answering all my questions. Always reliable service, easy to get an appointment. Friendly servicemen inspect all elements, just to be sure. Today, my keypad was not working, so needed a new one. Christopher also found that one spring went bad on the overhead door opener, so while under warranty, he replaced that system as well. A great day, great service gave me relief and satisfaction.
