He arrived on time, and he called about 15 minutes before so that I was ready. This allowed the appointment time to be used most efficiently.

Paul was great!! He came in and assessed the problem right away. The problem was that my sensor was not aligned and I had realigned it. I called because I wanted him to test the wiring and he did and he left me with some great tips for using my garage door. He was funny, witty, and polite and loves his new dog!!

Would be nice if all businesses conducted themselves as you do! All aspects of the repair, from making the appointment to the completed installation, were performed professionally and with attention to detail. All representatives were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Our technician, Barry, went out of his way to answer any questions we had and also to educate us on recommended maintenance. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you! We did purchase and replace the weather stripping that goes on the external side of the door, but I did not see those in the list below ;-)

the door was damaged on arrival. still waiting for repairs to the door and to many many sighted errors where i took pictures and made a list for the company to address. both the install and quality of the door as of right now do not even deserve a star. extremely poor.

I would def recommend this company. When I called they were friendly & knowledgable. I was amazed at how quickly they came out to do the job and the technician Mike was just wonderful!!!! So nice, polite and very knowledgable. He told me just what he would be doing showed me all the parts and explained what each part did and why he was replacing the parts he did. I was afraid I wouldn’t know who he was when he got to my house but even that was essilyvtecognizable with his company shirt and business card. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job Mike did.

Barry Williams, the Precision technician, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems I was having with my garage door and keypad. With regard to the latter I had previously been told by someone from a different company that the keypad needed to be replaced. Barry knew how to simply reset the computer chip in the keypad and restore it so it is back to being fully functional. Barry was both professional and personable and typical of the experience I've had with Precision Door Service in the past. I highly recommend this company.

I had initiated a correspondence online with the websites live support to make an appointment for servicing my garage door. I was able to get the expected fees for the service upfront and also have a tech come out that very morning to do the repair. We were having intermittent problems with our door not closing on the house we had purchased over a year ago. We called Precision based on the reviews here and we're glad that we did! Paul O. came by early after checking in with us and was quickly able to give us a few options. The hardware on our door was completely shot, and in some cases, installed incorrectly or inappropriate for our particular door! though our panels were in decent condition, so we went with a rebuild. He also replaced an old and failing opener with a Wi-Fi enabled unit that we purchased some months ago on our own. We're very pleased with the work Paul performed and we highly recommend Precision!
