I chose precision door because of the website it seemed very professional and lots of favorable reviews. My technician was Barry, he called and said he could arrive about two hours early luckily I was home so that went well. He explained what needed to be done and did it in a quick fashion. Door operates as good as the date it was installed, based on my experience I would recommend this company

Barry came early after checking whether that would be okay. I was delighted to get the work done so promptly. He was very professional and polite, answering all my questions. He came to troubleshoot and service my doors. We came up with a plan for more work after he was done and he sent me quotes for everything. Great guy and a pleasure to work with!

Always reliable service, easy to get an appointment. Friendly servicemen inspect all elements, just to be sure. Today, my keypad was not working, so needed a new one. Christopher also found that one spring went bad on the overhead door opener, so while under warranty, he replaced that system as well. A great day, great service gave me relief and satisfaction.

Precision showed up and successfully fixed the neighbour's door, so we booked him to check ours. I am very happy with my new garage doors--they make it so much easier to use the garage, and they work beautifully. The technicians who came to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a slight problem with one of the doors when first installed, but as soon as I mentioned it the company sent out another technician, who not only fixed the problem but also fixed another problem we didn't know we had. I recommend them highly.
