Service was fine and technician very competent. However, the invoice was pitiful. It listed only: Labor Charge (Residential) - Hourly charge 1.00 Material Description Quantity 1 4" Cast Iron Pulley 4.00 It did NOT give prices for either labor or the 4 pulleys the tech installed. This makes it impossible to evaluate the ‘VALUE’ of the service. Very disappointing.

Great experience with our technician. He notified us in advance that he could arrive early, he quickly evaluated the reason our garage door wasn't working (ancient electronics), said 'I'm a fixit guy myself' and fiddled with the old circuit board and got it to work with our remote switches again. He explained options for replacing the motor but no pressure sales pitch. Clearly very experienced and friendly. We have two weeks to decide whether to replace the old motor with new system, with service fee from today applied to the quote. Highly recommend

Still have the same issue with one garage door. Doesn't go up smoothly..The technician greased both doors but one door is still not going up smoothly. Jerking from side to side. Something needs to be done. After spending $224.50 not happy with results.
