Very pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend them. Called on Tuesday for a non-emergency repair and we were given an appointment for the next day. Ron arrived promptly and answered all our questions and explained the options without being pushy or trying to oversell anything. He completed the work quickly and neatly. We had him install a new Spring and bottom seal and we wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed. Thank you!

Could not be happier with Precision. I called in the afternoon 1/16 and had an appointment for next day. The service technician Luis Pizarro was fantastic. Figured out the problem quickly and had all our doors and remote openers up and running in less than an hour. And..my appointment was for around 2:00 pm and Luis arrived right on the dot at 2. Highly recommend this company and especially Luis

I looked online to see about a broken spring. Precision was the first on the list. Then the video I watched. That made my decision for me. Dylan Perkins your service person was excellent. Fantasic service; highly recommended! Was having issues with improperly installed doors. Problems were near-instantaneously diagnosed and the two doors completely repaired and functioning like new within a couple hours. Everyone I dealt with through the process was helpful and courteous; and most importantly I finally have peace of mind that I probably won't be killed via garage door. Can't put a price on that! Seriously, thanks a lot!
