Generally very happy - very professional, quality work. They communicated well as we approached the visit date, and on the visit day. The technician actually arrived early, and was done quickly. But, it took a while to get an appointment, and the cost seemed high for the work done.

I couldn't be more complimentary of the service i received today from Precision. I left a message at 5:30 AM that my garage door would not close. A little after 7AM, when the office opened, Glenn reached out to me on my cell to inquire what was going on. I explained the problem, and he said "let me check to see if i can get a tech out to you today ! I will call you back in 10 minutes. " He called back and in fact had someone come out this morning around 9:30AM. Glenn, Thank you for quick response.

I chose Precision because the home I bought has liftmaster equipment. I was exceptionally pleased with the knowledge, skill and efficiency Dylan brought with him to my inspection. He examined all aspects of the equipment and operations, provided all the various options for the system, and made a recommendation that was not only cost effective but made good safety and operational sense. I will be calling Precision next year to inspect the system and make any further recommendations.

Dylan called to give me a time he would arrive at my home and was right on time. He explained everything to me and then gave me options. He fixed my door and then showed me what he did and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. If I ever need Precision again I hope that Dylan is the service tech that comes to fix my problem..He was great!

I called Precision Garage Tuesday August 15 rigth away gave me scheduled i could not open our garage door. The technician, Dylan, arrived early and assessed the situation. I've had two service calls since moving in to our home. One for a new system and one to replace the rubber pieces on the bottom of the doors. Both times, the techs were knowledgeable, prescriptive and very patient. Never trying to upsell, always focused on finding a solution to the issue. This is a first rate operation with first rate employees. And the best part is their prices are very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about the service.

Scheduling the visit was super easy with the on line tools offered. The technician arrived early in the time window provided and he was friendly, courteous and very accommodating to my requests. The repair was completed and he was able to improve performance on a couple of small issues I had. The service was done on equipment they did not install. I reached out to Precision after failed attempts to the original installer.
