I had Dylan and Noah visit for a scheduled appointment to repair one of our garage door openers. I was impressed with the level of communication both before and during the appointment; they walked me through repair & replacement options, and the work was completed quickly. I’ll be following up with Precision in the next year for replacement garage doors, but I highly recommend them for any potential work.

The Internet had so many choices so I wne by the reviews which brought me here to Precision. Making an appointment was very easy and they set expectations upfront. I had the Pleasure of working with Ron who was straight forward, personable and professional. Gave me all my options without any high pressure sales tactics. I made my choice and my new garage door was installed within 1 hour. Before Ron he walked me through all functions etc., and made sure I had no questions. They service all types of openers sold in those big box stores. Precision only installs Lift Master openers which are superior to ones sold in those big box stores. Looking for a new garage door opener? Need anything to do with garage doors I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Technician without a professional, then explains everything that needs to be done. What was wrong with my garage door, only thing that was a minus was the arriving time I had to wait for over 45 minutes, but I think that’s more of the company itself not the technician.

Dylan Perkins is an exceptional technician and very tuned into customer service. He fixed our issue in very little time, reassured us that our equipment is in good condition, gave us a time table of when certain key items needed to be replaced, and helped reprogram our cars to sync with the garage opener. He is courteous, hard working, and an exemplary employee of your company.

We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!

When looking into having my garage door openers replaced I was impressed with your customer reviews. I had my existing garage door openers replaced from chain drive to belt drive and was very pleased with the difference but also equally impressed and delighted with the performance of the work from Eddie. Eddie was a gentleman and was ready to answer any questions and explain the new features of my new garage door openers. I certainly will encourage and recommend anyone interested in the service that Precision Garage Doors of New England provide. Respectfully! Gil M
