Very slick, impressive customer service. Call-handling and communication by technician as to show-up time were first-rate. Onsite, very competent, efficient and effective. As a consumer, I personally feel that customer service, from any provider, is typically inferior. These folks are a glaring exception. Somebody is clearly "minding the store." They will be my clear choice whenever I have a door issue in the future.

Service technician assessed my situation, made a recommendation, walked me through a multi-page glossy brochure showing a variety of door styles, and once I made a decision, took measurements and gave me a firm quote. He also pointed out that one model was at a bargain price this month and would rise in price in 2018. (The fellow who came to my house was Barry Williams -- confident and convincing.) The next day, Precision called me to double-check the components of my order, get a deposit, and agree on an installation date. They gave me a reminder call the day before installation, which was an incentive for me to clean out the garage of all those items I had stored there because one day I might need them. I was fortunate to have their best installation team -- Rob and Orlando. They were a real pleasure to work with, even placing door handles to match my height and reach to enable me to open and close the door in the event of power failure. They also showed me how to maintain the door mechanism in future years. And they cleaned up afterward! An all-around professional company, with a motivated staff.

I got a little impatient and and couldn't wait for the door to fully open before backing my new SUV into the garage. As a result I knocked my door off the house. A little help from Google and one phone call and 2 hours later Mike Thurber arrived and fixed my door with in an hour. Mike was a great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and courtesy. After fixing my door he pointed out some possible future maintenance of replacing my door rollers. I figured that since he was there I would take a preventative step and replace the rollers. Glad I did, the doors are virtually quiet when opening or closing! I would strongly recommend Mike and OGPDS!
