Our garage door springs snapped and pulleys sheared this winter. Our service provider was prompt, analyzed our problems efficiently and found the most cost effective solutions. Not being knowledgeable about the structure of garage doors, I imagined the worst, but was delighted with the outcome. Once again, Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. One of our garage doors wouldn't work, and Ron immediately knew we needed to replace the gear. He quickly did that, and also lubricated the gear on the other door so it would last longer. I love the friendly, prompt service, attention to detail, and the fact that they will fix/repair something if you don't need to purchase an entire new motor. We'll rely on Precision next time our garage doors need servicing. Thanks so much!!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best! Christopher called ahead to confirm his arrival time. He diagnosed the problem with our garage doors quickly and replaced the pulleys and rollers in no time. Our doors are now quieter and close perfectly. Christopher really takes pride in his work. He was very thorough and made sure that everything was done well. I appreciate the fact that I was able to see his picture on the website before he arrived. I called Precision because I needed help with my new garage after a home inspection. I got their name from Angie's List!! What a pleasant surprise Precision proved to be. From the woman who answered the phone to Paul, who was my technician everything was perfect. Paul called right before our appointment to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was on time and tested the door. He diagnosed the problem and explained every detail to me so I as the homeowner could understand and make an informed decision. I was so happy with Precision that in the time that Paul was there I gave the number to two neighbors!! I will use them again in the future!

The technician Paul called a half hour before he came , as requested. he arrived on time. He performed his job quickly and efficiently. he was professional. I am 100% satisfied. When my garage door wouldn't open and my car was stuck inside, I initially called the company that installed it and was told they couldn't send anyone out today, and that "you're not the only one with a broken garage door." What a nice change to call Precision, where the very pleasant receptionist went out of her way to see if she could help get someone out to my house. Paul gave me a call to say he was on his way and showed up shortly thereafter. He quickly fixed the problem, added new quiet rollers, and was on his way. Paul was extremely professional, competent and pleasant. I will definitely call Precision again, and will recommend it to others. Thank you!
