Barry Williams, the Precision technician, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems I was having with my garage door and keypad. With regard to the latter I had previously been told by someone from a different company that the keypad needed to be replaced. Barry knew how to simply reset the computer chip in the keypad and restore it so it is back to being fully functional. Barry was both professional and personable and typical of the experience I've had with Precision Door Service in the past. I highly recommend this company.

We were having intermittent problems with our door not closing on the house we had purchased over a year ago. We called Precision based on the reviews here and we're glad that we did! Paul O. came by early after checking in with us and was quickly able to give us a few options. The hardware on our door was completely shot, and in some cases, installed incorrectly or inappropriate for our particular door! though our panels were in decent condition, so we went with a rebuild. He also replaced an old and failing opener with a Wi-Fi enabled unit that we purchased some months ago on our own. We're very pleased with the work Paul performed and we highly recommend Precision!

Mike came a few hours early and when he didn't have the right part got back that afternoon with not only the part (an extra long cable) but also a second Mike to help out. Door now working like a charm. He is returning soon to weather strip and water resist the door which we're very much looking forward to. Several years ago one of your techs spent a very cold Sunday fixing our garage door spring. You're the best.

Outstanding, super-professional company and service--very, very impressed. After my initial phone call to set up an appointment for my broken garage door, I received a comprehensive email with appointment time, date and technician info, which assured me I made the right choice. Paul Osborne was my technician--he promptly arrived in a branded company van (love it), and was very friendly, courteous and professional (called beforehand to say he on his way--yes!) and patiently answered ALL questions I had--very knowledgeable. Precision is an appropriate name for this company--just exemplary--other businesses should take note, this is how it is done, particularly with customer service. Mike M. was on time, explained everything, very nice and helpful. Instead of repairing the old rusted out door he suggested new and explained the cost impacts of repair vs new. Pleasant Surprises Love the garage doors but I really love how quiet the opener is. I can barely hear it while in the garage and not at all when I’m the house. The installer was very friendly and focused on doing a great job. I would definitely recommend Precision.
