I called precision for the same reason i called in the past. You provide same day service. Our garage door opener/ spring and cable broke around 11 am. I called right away and got an appointment at 4pm. The repair tech was on time and knowledgable. Great job and great service. Thank you Please continue your same day service capability. It is what makes you stand apart from the rest.

Good communication throughout; I knew when tech was on the way, he arrived on time, was careful to observe health protocols, and worked efficiently. He taught me several important maintenance tips, things that might have avoided a service call. Fairly priced. I’ll definitely use them again if it becomes necessary.

I had carelessly damaged one of my garage doors, hitting it with my car's bumper, warping the bottom 12 inches of the track badly, ripping mounts out of the door and wall, and knocking the safety sensor light off of its bracket. A pair of friends began to bend the damaged section of the track back into shape, but gave up after half an hour. My wife and I managed a bit of forward progress in the next few hours, but we could not straighten the track. Over the next three days I called numerous companies claiming they provided the best garage door replacement and repair service in the area. One representative came, took photographs, and gave us a proposal for approximately three times the cost of the successful repair by Precision "because you have to buy 2 replacement sets of tracks. Nobody will sell you just one track." Another company said they could send somebody out to look at my problem in 2 weeks. Precision had a fully stocked van in my driveway on the same day I made my request for service -- half an hour earlier than promised -- and an expert technician restored the track to its proper shape and who beyond all of our expectations remounted the safety system optics on a new bracket and had the door fully operational in 20 minutes, at a fraction of the times and prices quoted by other organizations. Two of my 27 year old garage doors are due for replacement and upgrade in the next couple of years. The technician explained the options to us without pressure or hyperbole. When the time comes, we know who to contact.

I had a garage door that would not seal properly and left an open quarter-inch gap on the right side of the door. Frank from Precision Door arrived and did stellar work diagnosing as well as fixing the problem. A professional with twenty years of experience in this field, he already had wood and hardware supplies in his van. His skill at woodwork created a solution that resulted in a door operating far more smoothly and quietly. The gap was closed, and thus there will no longer be opportunities for insects and small rodents to enter the garage when the weather gets colder. Hats off to Frank and Precision Door Service!

We are most appreciative to our friend who recommended Precision Garage Door to us. The job was presented in detail before any work was done and then executed on an efficient manner. Mike was very courteous and patient at all times and even went through common troubleshooting situations. Our only issue was the high cost which we had not anticipated. Overall though we are very pleased.

The man that came out to my house was very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained he could repair it but because of the age of the thing and winter coming along I decided to change it to a newer and better model . He was helpful in telling me the difference in systems which helped me to decide what to get. I like the new garage door opener now. Great work and cleaned up after himself . Jacob is a great asset to your company

I chose PRecision Door due to my prior experience, which was very good. Today, once again, they were first class. The entire experience from calling in to request help, scheduling and meeting the gentleman to assess my garage door repair needs was completely easy and seamless. The gentleman also helped reconnect a wire on my safety eye at no-charge while he was doing his assessment. These folks are really great at customer service and delivering on promises.
