Mike was highly professional and did the job well and quickly. Then he explained to me the operation of the new motor and my options (such as the remote control via iPhone app) and answered all my questions. Everything took only an hour. I'm very happy with my garage doors!

I was charged over the 104.00 I was told for the service call. There were not parts required except to replace a lightbulb and it was my light bulb. Can you also explain to me why your service people don't carry batteries for remote garage door openers or key padswhen that maybe the problem? Not happy with the service quality and cost when your service person was only here for 10-15 minutes.

I am very sorry that you didn't have the experience you expected. As explained on the call when you booked your appointment, we do charge a service call to come out to your home. We have tried to carry light bulbs in our vans in the past. However, the fact that the guys drive work vans filled with parts the light bulbs never lasted -- the filaments kept breaking do to the bumpy ride. I guess this is why you don't buy lamps with light bulbs. Again, we are sorry you didn't have the experience you expected.

He installed new keypad outside as well as new sensor laser beam unit on door. He provided tips on how to use new equipment effectively. I noticed that the bolts holding the garage door opener to the ceiling appeared to be digging into the drywall and “walking”. Ed arrived, quickly assessed the situation and re-set the opener. He provided a detailed explanation of the work he performed which gave me peace of mind that it was fixed once and for all. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.

I have to say Mike Maghakian was our sales representative and he was awesome taking the time to show us all our options. I would recommend Precision to anyone. We were having an issue with our new door not closing so I called Precision and set up an appointment and Mike came and corrected the issue. Great guy definitely an asset to your company.

Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and expertise. This is my first time using this company and to realize on a cold Friday afternoon that I could not close my garage door, make a call and it's fixed!!! The person that I spoke to was able to rearrange things to get someone there within 2 hours and the rep that came to my home, Paul, was incredible. I could not be happier with the company!!
