I had an injury due to a malfunctioning garage door so I called the first repair service listed on Google. I could not have been happier. Service was very quick, same day or within 24 hours, phone calls to let me know when the technician would arrive informing me of any delays, etc, with a very pleasant staff person, and a wonderful technician. Filipe was courteous, knowledgeable and did the job perfectly within 2 hours. The doors are working better then ever. I will definitely call again and recommend you to my friends. 5 stars!

The installation of the door lifter and the door were done in a professional manner. However, when I signed the initial contract the price included the installation of a lock with an emergency release and this was not done and now an additional charge will be added doesn't seem right.
Thank you or taking the time to provide us with a review. As I mentioned in my email, the door does not automatically come with an outside lock or an emergency key release. These are options and come with a modest additional fee. We would be happy to come out and install either or both items for you and would be willing to do so without a service fee or labor charges. If you want these items installed please give us a call.

Ron Lecours did an outstanding job. He explained the issues and made several recommendations on what needed to be done. We replaced springs, rollers and cables and he made all the necessary adjustments. He was very professional and knowledgeable, came even earlier based on a confirmed phone conversation. He was in and out in about 1 hr and the garage door is now functioning even better.

Based on the winter we have had in greater Boston, when garage door springs give out, one needs professional assistance that is fast and accurate. Alex Delgado was well up to the task of repairing my 17' wide garage door with another storm on the way. He special ordered the springs, twice arrived early to the appointment at my house (how often is a contractor early!!) And was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite during the entire time he was here. Some people inherently take great pride in providing service, to the point that they are first representing their professionalism and then the good name and reputation of their company. I will bet that many or most of Precision Door Service technicians take the same amount of pride. Thank you Alex, well done.

To be quite honest, this was my first experience with Precision. I got them from the internet. I called with an emergency and was given a 2 hour window as to when a tech would arrive. To my surprise, he did arrive well within the time frame I was given. He was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, after checking to find my problem, he didn't have the part with him. He adjusted my garage door so that I could manually open and close it, and promised to return the following day to install the broken part. The tech arrived the next day (which happened to be a Saturday}. He worked around my schedule to make his visit convenient for me and he replaced the broken part within a very short period of time. I have to say that my first experience with Precision won't be my last. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 6!!! I also want to say that my tech, Alex, is the reason I am so impressed with Precision.
