To be quite honest, this was my first experience with Precision. I got them from the internet. I called with an emergency and was given a 2 hour window as to when a tech would arrive. To my surprise, he did arrive well within the time frame I was given. He was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, after checking to find my problem, he didn't have the part with him. He adjusted my garage door so that I could manually open and close it, and promised to return the following day to install the broken part. The tech arrived the next day (which happened to be a Saturday}. He worked around my schedule to make his visit convenient for me and he replaced the broken part within a very short period of time. I have to say that my first experience with Precision won't be my last. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 6!!! I also want to say that my tech, Alex, is the reason I am so impressed with Precision.

Recently had Alex Delgado come out to fix my automatic door opener. He made sure he kept me updated on when he would be arriving which I very much appreciated. Alex explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was awesome and if all of precision's employees are as great as he is, I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact, I have already told several people how great the service was.

The lift cable holding the extension spring on one side snapped and imprisoned my car inside the garage. Your technician, Ron Lecours, politely and explicitly explained to me that both cables should be replaced, gave me the cost of replacement. He also provided a cost with replacement extension springs, pulleys, and rollers (which was not much more than the lift cables alone). Ron explained how he would replace everything, gave me a discounted price on the labor, and sufficiently installed the all of the parts, per my agreement, in less than an hour. Ron Lecours was polite, thoughtful, professional, arrived before the scheduled time, and was very tidy with the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone requiring your services. P.S. Ron was a little "under the weather" (as in, he had a cold) but still managed to provide excellent quality work. Thank you!

The service tech came early and he really knew his stuff. Diagnosed a long-vexing problem quickly and solved it. I had one garage door that would never close and finally it works. He explained the work he was doing and why. I had three garage doors completely tuned and working like new. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
