Perfect! Our overhead garage door had been knocked out of alignment when one of us - not saying who - tried to back the SUV out of the garage without closing the back hatch. As a result, the garage door wouldn't close. Christopher called two hours before our scheduled appointment to say he could come out sooner to repair the door if I was available. I wasn't able to get there but since the door was open anyway, I asked Christopher if he would be able to do it without me there. He could and he did. The repair was done exactly as I would have wished. When it was finished, he called to let me know so I could give him a credit card number. In all, very timely, excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Thanks again, Christopher.

We love our new garage doors from Precision Door. The installer, Justin, was professional, friendly and meticulous. Really appreciated the fact that he cleaned up before he left. Also had them custom paint the doors to match our trim color. Tom promptly came right out after install and touched up nicks that occurred during transporting the doors to our house. When we called to arrange an appointment for an estimate, they were responsive, professional and on time. The only minor issue was that after the doors were ordered there were a couple of times it was hard to reach a live person and when we left messages (by email and voice) they weren't returned. But overall, very happy with the quality and timeliness of the product and installation.

Two days ago, my Overhead Garage Door of 20 years gave up and slammed down. Today, Christopher and Justin came to my home and provided me with the most superb customer service experience and workmanship I could have asked for. In fact, once I read the website I called your office and was able to have the door repaired after Christopher made sure that I knew what the problems were and the options available to me to fix the problems. I was enlightened by what I learned, and am confident that Christopher and Justin have restored my door to a safe, working condition that is better than it was when it was originally installed. True fact. They installed new neoprene rollers and brass pulleys with stainless steel cables. Made adjustments to insure the door is balanced and works smoothly and quietly. Applied silicone lubrication to all the moving parts and tightened all the bolts. Packed up and left my garage as they found it. I grew up in the 1950's when customers were valuable to the companies who served them and workers took pride in the work they did. That is the way things used to be. So imagine my delight when Christopher and Justin arrived and provided me with a job completed in a professional and well-thought out manner. Christopher obviously cares about the work he does and the customers he works with and it was a complete pleasure to have him here at my home. He explained and made sure I understood, answered questions and double-checked every aspect of the job to make sure all was as it should be before he and Justin left. Justin, who is in training, was equally courteous and professional in his approach to the work for which he is being trained. I cannot speak highly enough of both of these employees and can honestly say that I would not consider having ANYONE do ANYTHING on my garage doors unless it was Christopher and Justin and they were still working for Precision. Needed some lubrication and the sensor adjusted. The tech who is also a manager I think, believe his name is Ron, showed up early, was very nice, and very competent. Pricing is fair, and I got a bit of an education in Garage door maintenance and what to expect in the future.

One of my garage door springs broke and I needed service but I did not have a repair service, so I did a web search. I wanted someone local to my home, and I chose Precision.The gave me an appointment for the next day, and they even called that morning to let me know they had a cancellation and did I want an earlier time? I accepted and they arrived on time. The repair was done within half an hour and the technician couldn't have been nicer. I would use Precision again in the future

Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.
