Lou arrived at my home even earlier than expected and was able to diagnose and fix my problem within minutes. He was honest, professional, friendly and thorough. My "repair" actually turned out to be a radio frequency issue with a replaced light bulb in the motor. Who would have guessed? We replaced the curly light bulb with an old style one and my doors open and shut just fine. He really knew his stuff. I would absolutely recommend this company and would call them again if I needed repair or was replacing my doors.

I would highly recommend Precision Doors. The technician Ron had a great attitude and did not give up trying to resolve the issue. I have a detached garage and all remotes or key would not open the garage. Ron had to take out a window in the back of the garage and climb through to get into the garage to open the door to diagnose the issue. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor about the situation as one of my neighbors got concerned. Ron and I were able to assure my neighbor all was well. Thank you Ron for not giving up.

Broken tension spring required replacement on one of our 13 yr. old garage bay doors. Service was completed by Lou Shubert who inspected operation and condition of both doors. Other bay door was OK, just maintenance lube. Damaged door also had a frayed pulley cable, some roller wear. Lou reviewed pricing on individual parts compared to buying a repair kit that includes 2 springs, 2 pulleys and cables, 10 new rollers. Although not inexpensive repair cost of $599., it was a better value to buy the repair kit they sell. We used their discount coupon to save the service fee. Lou was very efficient, thorough, and work completed just under one hour. Nice guy and nice job. Lou even contacted me to check if he could arrive earlier than scheduled which worked out great for us. Will call Precision again if other repair work needed as original installer I called first did not follow up with me.
