Great service! My technician today was Lou. He showed up on time, and was very professional and approachable. The garage door had a tension spring which was broken and needed to be replaced. After talking to Lou he explained the roller wheels and the cables also look worn out being a 17 year old house so I went with the complete rebuild option for a few hundred dollars more. I would recommend this company to my friends. They also have 5 year warranty so that's a plus! A+++

I was lucky enough to have Felipe Goncalves come to our house to fix a broken spring. Felipe came in and inspected the damage and gave me a few options. I choose to have new springs, cables, and rollers installed for a special that was available. Felipe was very good as he took the time to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. Not only was it done right but Felipe was one of the nicest people i have had the pleasure to meet. I can't say enough good things about Precision and their employees and the excellent work they do. I would highly recommend anyone that has any issues with their garage doors to call Precision ASAP. Certainly was the right decision for me. If I ever have any other issues I'm going straight back to precision as I know the job will be do right.

this was the best and quickest repair I've ever seen. the tech. came in at the right time assessed the problem and gave me a ball park figure of the cost of the repair. The end of April, 2015, my husband and I had a "new" garage door installed; plus, a "new" motor. There were numerous installations that were necessary. Both my husband and I were very happy with the expertise and knowledge that our TECH, Derek desJardins, gave us. He explained and demonstrated to us both how to operate our newly installed garage door; motor, our controls, etc. He mentioned our guarantees from a belt, roller, and garage panels. His explanation of how the new system worked was clear and he was patient in describing available options. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up thoroughly after his work and he took time to show me how to use it.
