This is the second time we have used Precision for repairing our garage door. Both times Paul Osbourne has been our service tech. We have been very pleased with the service. Arrived when they said he would, and fixed the problem in less then an hour. Highly recommend this company.

I noticed that the bolts holding the garage door opener to the ceiling appeared to be digging into the drywall and “walking”. Ed arrived, quickly assessed the situation and re-set the opener. He provided a detailed explanation of the work he performed which gave me peace of mind that it was fixed once and for all. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.

We actually reviewed your reviews and they were our deciding factor in choosing Precision Doors. I have to say Mike Maghakian was our sales representative and he was awesome taking the time to show us all our options. I would recommend Precision to anyone. We were having an issue with our new door not closing so I called Precision and set up an appointment and Mike came and corrected the issue. Great guy definitely an asset to your company.

I was so pleased with the whole procedure with Precision. I got the same very nice technician (Paul) both times. He called to let me know he was on his way both times. He explained what was wrong and showed me options for what I could replace. When he came out again to do the work (just 1 business day later) he made sure I was satisfied and knew how to use my new equipment before I left. I would highly recommend the company.

I had a broken spring, so I went into the local Yellow Pages and saw the ad for Precision. I called and scheduled an appointment with ease. The technician, Mike, was prompt and personable. He explained what the situation needed, inspected the whole apparatus, made some recommendations, and did a thorough job in less than an hour. He patiently answered my many questions about the process and the whole garage door apparatus, most of them while he was doing the work. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Mike this morning. He called to say he was on the way and showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He installed new keypad outside as well as new sensor laser beam unit on door. He provided tips on how to use new equipment effectively. He had a great sense of humor, and was a delight to having working at my property.
