Paul Osborne was the service technician who repaired our door. He called promptly at 9:00 AM to let us know he would arrive 30minutes later. He was right on time and very professional. Paul worked quickly and efficiently to identify the issue and repair the door. I would recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who is looking for prompt, professional services.

Paul called to say he was running ahead of schedule and arrived a few minutes later. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. After some discussion about the state of our doors and the need for replacements in the near future, he replaced the broken springs on one door and did some maintenance on the other two doors. I anticipate that we will be calling on Paul to make the replacements before the summer is out. 5 Stars.

Our installer was courteous and knowledgeable. Had completed install quickly and cleaned up and removed all old components. One panel was damaged in shipping but he ordered new and will come back and install when in. All in all very pleased with service.

I found Precision on the web...called them and spoke to Cameron - super nice gentleman very polite and setup the appointment very quickly. Mike W showed up for the appt - actually early, unheard of in the service industry. He was extremely casual and informal with his approach..."F" this. "F" that...luckily my wife was not privy to this - she would have been taken aback (and I do believe Mike would have been more balanced in front of her). The reason for 3-star rating is the pricing - I had the wall control replaced which retails on the manufacturer site for $45.99 and on Amazon for $40.99 w/prime. I was charged $108.00 for it, $86 for installation, $165 for spray lubing all the 3 door and $105 for the service call. Luckily I had a coupon for the service call and saved that amount. Did not have the presence of mind to share the part pricing with Mike when he was at our home - I am sure he would have matched that price. My advice - please do your research before and during and share that with technician.

I am really happy with the service I received. One of my garage doors had a broken spring, that combined with 30 year old parts warranted some professional help. Paul from Precision was punctual and did a great job walking me through my options. He was able to complete all the work in a reasonable amount of time and everything was cleaned up afterwards. All around a great interaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

We could not be happier with the service from Precision. This is the third time we have used them. The person who answered the phone was polite and respectful and I was very happy to be able to have same day service. Paul called ahead and told me when he would be arriving and arrived punctually. He explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the door and worked diligently while he was here. And even though it was late in the afternoon near dinner time, he even stayed to sync the garage door opener in my new car - and it took several tries to get it done. I would highly recommend your company.

Was able to get the garage door repaired the next day after calling in. Paul replaced the torsion spring, bearings, and rollers in a reasonable time and the door is now working fine again, and quieter too, since the old metal rollers were getting worn.
