I had a Garage Door installed 8 years ago which broke last week. The rollers, springs and motor were inferior. The cables were fraying.Precision came out and refreshed all the pieces , installed a new motor. It’s all working flawlessly. The installer was well versed and experienced. 5 stars

Paul was fantastic. He was so helpful to me as I knew very little about garage doors!! NOT only did he give me great advice on ordering my new door but he and his trainee Jacob did a temporary fix of my current broken door which was not an easy fix!! Thank you !! So far the experience has been great. I saw their truck on route 495, I called the office and schedule an appointment Two days later The technician came right on time at the beginning of a 2 hour window. I received a quote within 20 minutes in my email. Right now they are the strongest of the competitors.

The technician, Mike, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful while repairing my garage door. He called to ask if it was OK to come earlier than scheduled, then diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. He also provided alternatives for the future since my system is older and will eventually need replacement, but he was very professional about it. I will definitely call Precision Door again.

You took a 50% deposit of $1,500 and then called and cancelled the appointment. I was told you would call back with a new date and I've heard nothing and left another message. I am unhappy and the person I spoke to, tom, was rude. I want my money back or an actual call back with a date of when this will be completed. It has been 6 weeks

5 Stars for sure. I read such great reviews for the company and the technician who does our area that I called right away for an appt. I was given a day and time and told the technician would call 30 minutes ahead which he did and was on time. He fixed our issue which was a broken spring on our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again and the technician we had which was Michael T. He really new his stuff and was very professional and courteous!

We were pleased to have Mike M. visit us today. He even came 3 hours earlier! Our brackets, wiring for the door sensors and sensors needed to be replaced.
